Gittelson Jewelers is an exceptional business. They provide stellar service no matter what you need or how much you spend. I had my great grandmother’s engagement ring; she’d pulled out the diamond to reset it in another piece. I went to several places for recommendations and cost estimates for getting a new diamond put in. I was astonished at how some other jewelers were dismissive because the ring wouldn’t fit a huge diamond; they were uninterested in the ring’s importance to my family. The Gittelsons’ respect for the piece and its history was wonderful. They offered me a range of options, and did a wonderful job on my beautiful ring. Service quality was equally high during other visits, even when I was making small purchases (or chose not to purchase at that time).

They custom made my spouse's wedding ring in 2018 and we absolutely love it. I brought my own stones and the final estimated value was much more than they charged me. I'm very happy with the design experience too, they were great to work with and their design tastes were superb.

I live in South Dakota. Gene , Michael and Molly have the BEST customer service I have ever seen. 7 hours away I could find something closer but they are the best!! Whatever you need for service or jewelry they make it happen !! You won’t be disappointed!!
