Never received my order from them. The support team is useless. It is scam on big scale, avoid ordering from them if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money. Shame no them for calling themselves luxury brand with such a low standards. Very disappointed

This company are an absolute joke, I have ordered shoes they have not arrived and the communication is no existent, they have a WhatsApp number but the replies are rude and tell u just to wait for the order, I have sent numerous emails as told in the WhatsApp reply but none answers them, I also tried the online chat again no one answers, I will now try for a refund through my credit card company.

packing,tutto curato nei dettagli,spedizione veloce e una gentilezza verso il cliente davvero di un livello superiore.
Sono rimasta cosi’ contenta cheho gia’ ordinato un altro paio di scarpe,lo consiglierei? altre 100 volte perche’ qualita’&professionalita’ sono assicurate,oltre all’ assistenza sempre perfetta.

Stay away,verry disappointing experience!!!!I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company,order #4856,recieved the sneakers after more than 1 month and during this time I send lots of emails to ask for refund,when I ordered they said will be delivered in 1-3 business days,but the big surprise was when I opened the box,they send me diferent size left shoe was 42,right shoe 40(the size I ordered).

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. The shoes themselves were nice and good quality, but unfortunately they were slightly bigger than expected.

When I checked their website, it clearly stated that there is no exchange or return system. After spending a long time searching, I finally discovered that returns are only possible by sending an email request and waiting for approval. This process is not transparent at all and makes it unnecessarily difficult for customers.

I followed their procedure exactly as instructed. After one full week, they finally responded and accepted my return request. However, even after their approval, they did not send the promised return label. It has now been more than two weeks since the approval, and I have received no further response.

This kind of customer service is very disappointing. Approving a return but then failing to provide the return label is unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility toward customers.

Very disappointing experience – no refund, no communication
I bought a pair of shoes from Giuliano Galiano, but unfortunately they were not the right size. On their own website it clearly states that you must contact them before returning an item — which I did.
At first, I received a response asking if I wanted to exchange the shoes for another size. I clearly replied that I did not want an exchange, only a refund, which according to their return policy should be possible.
After that: complete silence.
I have tried to contact them multiple times and through different channels, but I have received no response at all. This feels extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Once they had my money, communication simply stopped.
Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others: do not buy from this website. If something goes wrong with your order, you may be ignored and risk not getting your money back.
This is not how a serious business should treat its customers. You have been warned.

I purchased a pair of Giuliano Gailano shoes with high expectations due to their elegant design. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The inside lining peels very quickly, causing discomfort and even irritation when walking. For shoes in this price range, the interior quality is not up to standard.

It’s a shame, because the shoes look great on the outside, but comfort and internal finishing are essential. I hope the brand reviews the materials used and improves this issue.

Horrible experiencia con esta empresa, realicé un pedido de unas zapatillas el 16 de noviembre, a día de hoy, mes y medio después, siguen sin llegar las zapatillas y cada vez que contacto con ellos, por su servicio de atención al cliente, me responde una maquina automáticamente diciendo que en 24-48 horas se pondrán en contacto conmigo. Todo mentira, se ríen de ti y no te dan ninguna respuesta ni solución. Presumen de ser una marca premium y ofrecer un servicio de calidad y es todo lo contrario, servicio pésimo y atención inexistente, un gran estafa y una pena que haya que llegar a este punto y traten de engañar así a la gente.
No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Terrible service, ordered a product here but they said after the purchase that it’s out of stock and I should swap with something else… i have been emailing for 2months now trying ti get a refund as I only wanted that jacket and nothong else.

I placed an order on November 28th, paid for it, was told it would arrive in 1-3 business days it took longer than that then I received a notification that I had to pay an extra 52 pounds or the package would not arrive and would be returned I didn't want to pay, I sent them emails daily and they refuse to answer, I don't know what's happening with my money They are dishonest, I lost 210 pounds, I want them back They have a zero rating
