Had a outdoor tap fitted engineer turned up on time and was away within 45mins. Very professional and tidy. Have used this company a few times for plumbing work etc and been great to deal with everytime. also got a call from there office not long after installation to make sure we where happy with the work.

Polite and efficient as ever. Can’t fault these guys - if they don’t know what the issue is will persevere until sorted.

Had a drip coming from one of my radiators and telephoned for a plumber to come out. Arrived within an hour, within the first 5 minutes the plumber managed to spill the tray that I had been using to catch the water since discovering the leak, causing the floor to get soaked.
After spending the next 20 minutes messing about with the radiator the plumber came to the conclusion that nothing could be done that night, and a quote would be provided the next day for someone to come and fix it.
In fact the drip from the radiator was more substantial after he left and I had to spend the night continually emptying the tray that was capturing the water.
I was charged £177 for the call out.
The next day at approximately just before lunchtime I received a text that the quote had been sent to my email address. However it was sent to an incorrect email address.
Due to the previous evening’s endeavors I didn’t even bother chasing up the quote.
I contacted an alternative plumber who fixed the issue that day taking only 20 minutes and charged £60.
I have given one star as they did attend within the hour.
Would never use again and would not recommend.

After receiving a response 2 months later they stated I should have contacted them with my issues!!
They had an opportunity to fix the problem but made matters worse, and sent their quote to the wrong email address.
Why would i give them the opportunity to charge me even more to fix an issue that an alternative plumber fixed in 20 minutes at a third of the cost.

Outstanding a great experienced man, nothing too much trouble, great to deal with a true professional.
Will definitely use your services again.

Engineer ( Tommy ) arrived within a 15 minute window and serviced our boiler. I have used this company for the last 10 years and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Quick response and engineer attended to repair quickly that morning.

Guy turned up to fix blocked toilet;
arrived five minutes earlier than quoted, worked carried out perfectly then left within five minutes;
Pricing a bit steep for my liking but nothing is cheap these days!

Engineer was really helpful. Explained what was wrong, how to fix it and how to avoid the fault in the future.

Had leaks in the bathroom coming from pipes. The plumber was very helpful, even spotting another leak I was unaware of and sorting that out at the same time!

Quote for the work to be carried out was provided quickly. Work was carried out quickly and when the gentlemen were doing the work our poor old house didn’t make it easy on them but they were determined to get it finished, which they did, and it has been carried out successfully.

stay away from this company. only want your money and their service is not what they say it will be.will never use them again.

I rely on this company to help me with different problems I've had around my house. I once rented a property that was serviced by these guys, and I was so impressed - someone came out on Christmas Day - that I took up their option for a monthly package when I moved into my own home. Without doubt, every time I have needed them, they have been here for me. And I've needed a lot of help recently. They're always incredibly friendly, they explain everything well, and the amount I pay per month, is well worth it. I've never given such a glowing review of any company, because I've never experience such a high standard of care and service. Thoroughly trustworthy, outstanding commitment to customer care. We were pretty desperate when an early call to the bathroom discovered a blocked toilet. After a telephone call to the emergency plumber and paying £147 call out charge the plumber came promptly and cleared the drain. The plumber was GJassal Glasgow All Trades. The receptionist was most calming and the aftercare was helpful. Thank you!

They are always very professional and knowledgeable.
They are also very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

Quick response time from call out, very friendly and took time to explain. Seemed the plumber did a thorough exploration and report of the presenting issue, and clear next steps.

Jag came out to an emergency call out for us and was extremely quick in getting to us and managed to sort our issue with no hassles. He went above and beyond for us and would highly recommend his services

Have needed them twice so far, both times over the weekend. They are extremely helpful and was surprised to have an engineer come out same day. All engineers so far have been amazing. Today Jag came to see to the boiler and took his time explaining what the problem is, how it would best be fixed and what I'm to do in the meantime in order to have heating until the spare parts are available to fix it. He also explained how it is more energy efficient to run my heating. Very professional and explanatory. Polite and friendly too.
The ladies in the office that I have spoken to are also always very polite and very willing to help. Would highly recommend this company.
