Job done! Eventually.
The job itself was done satisfactorily, in the end. I was required to pay in full up front, to allow the company to buy the equipment, which is fine, however on the day,
The communication was poor between the company and the job contractors. However it ended fine.

We attended the property to do a Trace and Locate and you had pointed out to my engineer that the leak was coming from 1 of 3 lead pipes, my engineer then isolated the pipe. He then went to 4 different Merchants trying to locate a Lead LOC fitting and couldn't get one, so we used a philmac fitting which would raise the floorboards slightly but at least we could turn your water back on for you.
We then sent you a quotation for us to come back and rectify for you which you didn't accept. I can only apologise that your unhappy with the work that we carried out but please feel free to give us a call and we can discuss this further.

Very good service
Quick response - well inside the estimate of 90 mins
Fixed rate for 1st hour and job done and dusted in that very reasonable cost too for a nighttime call out.
The chap they sent was brilliant . Very personable and polite but still a good laugh no hassle - nothing a problem
They even did an survey and sent a wee estimate for future stuff at the same time
Highly recommend- will call again

I have nothing but praise for this company. From locating and fixing our central heating leak to doing an assessment on our entire plumbing system these guys have been been efficient and thoroughly professional. Quick service and very polite :)
Service was very fast and excellent customer service. Stephanie on the phone was very nice and reassuring regarding everything I had going on in my home. I had a leak somewhere in my property which I had only just bought the week before and was flooding both my neighbours. On inspection after the call out charge of £147 I was told that the water tank and pipes required insulation and that this is where leak was coming from. Further £247 to get this done then roughly 5 days later my neighbour was flooded again but worse. Stephanie had someone back out that night which I wasn’t charged for and I was told we would need to do a trace and locate to find the leak which would cost me £377. I was assured that this would be fixed that day so I assumed this also included parts for repaired. Turned out to be broken thermostat within water tank which my immersion wasn’t working properly. The immersion was boiling over and the overflow pipe wasn’t attached which then caused the flood. Full replacement required and I had to pay £155 for parts on top of everything I had already paid. As I said to Stephanie on the phone the only negative feedback I have is the price of everything, the fact that everything has to be paid upfront and the fact that the insulation wasn’t the initial problem, yes it might have been in future but for a mum that’s currently on maternity leave with rubbish pay and has just bought this property I could have been doing with saving that money and getting the urgent repair seen to. It wasn’t the engineers fault as he didn’t see under the floor what was going on but if he had maybe investigated just a little bit more that night it may have been clearer what was happening. Alistair who came to my house to repair the issue was fantastic and very tidy. Another gentleman whom I forgot his name (sorry) I want to say Lee? He was great at fitting insulation around water tank and pipes. Both very polite gentlemen and very reassuring. Personally the experience overall was positive, I would maybe suggest payment plans for people who maybe don’t have that kind of money up front, Stephanie did tell me about the insurance we can pay monthly to cover us for any future issues which we have taken out. However that wasn’t really taken into account when my initial leak wasn’t fixed and I still had to pay more money. I really hope that’s the end of the issue as my bank balance can’t take much more. I would highly recommend this company due to the positive experience I had more than negative :).

Plumbers courteous and hardworking. Stephany on phone very pleasant and quick to organise any snagging that had to be done. Good follow up calls. Lost point for asking for all monies up front. Would be better to pay a deposit for materials and pay the rest when work is completed.

Excellent customer service & work
I recently had a radiator moved to another part of my living room with this company and they had great customer service and made the effort to get this done very quickly (before I had my flooring replaced). The plumber on the day was also very friendly and efficient and explained the options/decisions he was making. I will happily go back to them for anything else I need doing in my flat!

I asked them for a quote and it simple and straightforward
I asked them for a quote and they told me to send them a picture for an estimate. I did this and they replied back with a quote quickly. Although not sure of the work yet as my plan has changed I found them very nice and friendly and the whole process very easy

Prompt but so expensive
The plumber arrived within just over half hour of my call. He was both polite and quickly identified a valve that had become lose and screwed if tight . Fof this I have been billed close to a hundred and fifty quid. Not good

We have a standard diagnostics price of £147 and that's for every customer. That covers our engineer on the property for up to an hour if the problem can be fixed its fixed on site, regardless of how long it takes to fix its still the same price.
