My experience was great, the only reason I gave 4 stars is that I feel the settlements are a little exaggerated, percentage wise,due to the interest that accrues in the time it takes to settle.

I have been working with Glacier Bay Law for over a year now, and I am very pleased with their service. Being in debt is a stressful and frightening experience for me, as I am sure it must be for everyone who is struggling financially.....it is certainly nothing that I could handle on my own. Yesterday, Melissa Duran with Glacier Bay Law helped me get the funds I had leftover deposited back to my bank account, which helped in paying my taxes! I wish the program would let you know that you may be paying taxes on your settlement.

Mike is my designated POC and he is always so calm, kind and reassuring. I was really nervous about aspects of this program, however I knew my husband and I were in a financial spot where we needed this type of help. Mike has made the entire process less stressful. Our negotiator has negotiated amazing settlements for us. We are far from done this process, but I feel more confident at this point than I did prior to signing on.

Being in a debt settlement program is stressful however Glacierbay has consistently been professional, supportive, efficient, respectful and trustworthy in every instance. I recommend putting your trust in Glacier bay.

Absolutely one of the worst companies we’ve had the experience of working with. The do not communicate or return calls. They drop the ball on negotiating a debt and then ask for more money because an atty was hired when they never even communicated with the bank. Horrible experience. You are better off trying to negotiate for yourself. Do NOT use this company!

When I first started working with Glacier Bay Law, I was drowning in debt that I'd accrued while being laid off during COVID. I was truly living penny to penny, and I didn't know how I'd ever be able to catch up on my loans and credit card debt when my interest rates were so high. He genuinely cares about me and my situation, and I trust him implicitly because I know that he's knowledgeable and always transparent with me. First and foremost, refreshing……everyone has been unbelievably reassuring about my decision to use Glacier Law….Michelle Estrada, is the young lady handling my negotiating. she is Phenomenal!!!!! . I have no stress she’s upstanding , understanding, and empathetic. Never at on point have she rushed me, no matter how many questions I ask.. she’s not only true to her word, but she goes far beyond what she sets out to do.
