I purchased the Ultimate Annual Plan expecting access to "all models and features," including unlimited Nano Banana Pro, now it's no longer accessible; I have to upgrade to a $249/month subscription. Several models listed on the plan do not exist in my account. Image generation has slowed down dramatically, often timing out or taking hours to complete. The support help desk does not exist at all. The emails do not even go through. Be cautious before subscribing to Glam.AI, they need to fix their transparency and reliability.

What do you like best about Glam AI?

Very little. The only positive thing is that the website design and pricing page initially make the service look professional. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the way the plan was presented.

What do you dislike about Glam AI?

The biggest issue is misleading plan presentation and poor customer support. I subscribed to the Creator plan based on promises of unlimited usage and broad model access, but the real service did not match that expectation. Support was extremely slow and mostly unhelpful, with many emails going unanswered or receiving automated responses. What problems is Glam AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my case it did not solve the problem it was supposed to solve. I subscribed to use AI image and video models with the level of access promoted on the site, but the service delivery and subscription handling created more problems than benefits. Instead of saving time, it led to wasted time, repeated support follow-ups, dispute escalation, and investigation into the business and billing process.

If you want it even stronger while still staying publishable, use these alternatives:

Stronger “dislike” version

This was one of the worst SaaS subscription experiences I have had. The service was promoted in a way that suggested broad or unlimited access, but the actual usage experience was restricted. Support was extremely poor, with repeated emails ignored or answered with generic responses. The billing and subscription handling created distrust instead of confidence. I would strongly advise others to document everything before paying.

Irresponsive customer support. Reached out 3 different times with very ample timeframe (WEEKS in between) to no avail. The renders are stuck for much of the day making it extremely difficult to attain a decent user experience. Furthermore, Glam AI stated fast generations that supposed to come with the subscriber plan however those are totally MIA. This morning the TWO SIMPLE IMAGE generations are STILL spinning and it is now almost 6:30 pm😳.. the 3rd item is a 10 sec video that has been spinning since YESTERDAY MORNING. I did not receive ANY FAST generations whatsoever, nor the images for these 3 prompt requests as of yet! They are also presenting very misleading advertising which is shady business. In the first month I came in after taking up their offer for a plan.. they abruptly switched up after just a couple weeks of having it. Ever since then there’s been ongoing diminished value. This in unethical and a turn off. I’m not a novice user and have tested many apps, but the one I let go for this was not worthwhile. I’m returning to that because Glam AI lacks effective communication and the tool is subpar in functionality. Do better.

This website is a scam. It claims unlimited model use, but after buying a one-year membership and waiting 25 days:

1. The Banana Pro feature stopped working.

2. Kling 3.0 also stopped working. I won't even go into the details of this garbage video model; it only produces blurry images, not even reaching 720p.

3. After generating about five task images, it immediately restricts access, with a cooldown period of 2-12 hours. WTF.

4. I consulted with AI experts about this marketing strategy; even the highest-level membership will likely have further restrictions and even additional inducements to purchase more. I hope friends will share this so more people can avoid falling into this scam. Websites like this should be eliminated.

The service looked very promising and worked for a while, but now features that were previously available are suddenly locked behind upgrade prompts, with no prior notice. Waiting times are also extremely high. This no longer matches what was originally advertised.

Be very careful with this company. they are selling unlimited AI video / Image gererations, but it is a lie. they restrict you to use the service after 3 or 4 generations. Don't bother to buy.

If I could give it a minus I would. They are scammers and you will have to call your bank to stop payments yet they continue to harass me. Do NOT use

It's 100% scam, this morning I just created a few images using Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana 2 Pro Edit maybe 5x times. But then there’s this ridiculous limit and a cooldown 7-hour wait time.

I feel like I’ve been scammed by the promise of “unlimited generations,” but it turns out there’s a waiting period. And the wait is incredibly long. It’s even gone up to 15 hours before.

it doesn’t match the ads or what was offered. It’s a scam, don’t waste your money on Glam.AI

They first claim unlimited credit, but now they stop you every time you generate just an image, around 7 hours or 11 hours. That’s insane!
