Eugene gracias por la ayuda y seguimiento totalmente agradecida

Eugene is in touch and helping to resolve the issue.

However, I did not have any idea in how I was charged and what this service is all about. But thank you for processing my request.

Ann contacted me to solve my issues, unfortunately did not do as promised and I ended up being stolen from €40

Publicidad engañosa! Jamás acepté pagar o comprarles algo. Uds solo me pidieron abonar el envío de productos Lancome, que yo había ganado en un juego, que Uds proponían. Fui estafada, en mi buena fe

Just like some of the previous 1-star reviews, something similar happened to me. I wanted to buy chocolate from a famous brand in my country and when I "bought" it, apparently I purchased 2 VIP memberships and gift cards from myglosslip.com and glam4hair.com.
Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, so they charged me twice. I contacted glosslip.com first, and while they did not refund me, they deleted my "membership" and all my information. But with glam4hair.com, my experience has been the worst:
- On April 2nd, I contacted them via their website to report this problem. I asked for a refund, which they denied, so I requested they cancel my "membership" and delete any information they had about me, as I could not create an account with my email address to do it myself.
- On April 2nd, the online agent told me they canceled my account and that I would receive an email about it. However, I never received the email, so I informed them about this. The agent asked me to email support @ glam4hair.com, which I did, but I never got a reply.
- On April 16th, glam4hair.com charged me again.
- Today, April 23rd, I once again contacted them via their website, and an agent told me they would contact me by phone.
