It’s been one month and I haven’t…
It’s been one month and I haven’t received my makeup brush cleaner. I emailed the customer service team several times and zero response.

Resend your makeup brush cleaner via tracked delivery, or
Issue a full refund — your choice.
We’ve also flagged the lack of responses with our team so it doesn’t happen again. Thanks for giving us the chance to put this right.
Issue Resolved Quickly and Professionally
There was an issue with an expired product, but the company responded very quickly, issued a full refund, and explained the steps they’re taking to prevent this happening again. I appreciate the professional way they resolved the matter.

Hi there — I’m really sorry this happened. Receiving any out-of-date product is unacceptable and not the standard we operate to.
Please drop us your order number, the product name, and (if visible) the batch/expiry code via cs@glambeauty.com
so we can sort this fast. We’ll arrange an immediate refund or replacement and a prepaid return label (your choice).
For transparency, we only source from authorised suppliers and run FEFO stock rotation with spot checks. We’ve already quarantined the batch of this item and started a warehouse re-scan to make sure nothing similar goes out again.
Thank you for flagging it — we’ll make this right quickly and restore your confidence in shopping with us.
Great Prices, Super fast delivery!
I used to buy fragrances online elsewhere. I thought that they offered the best prices but stumbled across Glam Beauty whilst searching again for a re-order of a preferred Mens' fragrance.
Perfume Price offered 150ml for the same price as my previous provider who were offering just 100ml. Arrived a day earlier than expected. Perfectly packaged, no damage.
Really impressed and will definitely be using their service again.

Completely ignoring a customer
I ordered a perfume as a gift for my wife needing it urgently seeing which website offered a next day delivery i stumbled upon glam beauty which provided the service i needed, seeing as it guaranteed a next day delivery i purchased the item 1 day goes by and the tracker still shows its awaiting the arrival from glam beauty so i contacted them to see what was going on they didn’t respond until 6-7 hours later asking for my order number which i then provided which I’m still waiting for a reply on, i have contacted a further 2-3 times after trying to get a response it now falls on the end of the 3rd day pushing the 4th still no update or response i have again emailed and messaged they're chat service and still no response now I'm without the gift and having to rush around the city looking for something in replacement as i cant get the perfume where I’m from this is one of the worst services I've been provided and definitely wont be shopping here again I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get a reply and now will have to dispute this with the bank. Edit: if it wasn’t for this review i wouldn’t have received any sort of contact and extra information as they still haven’t replied to my emails or messages to they’re support system so i do feel its pointless in saying contact if i need further assistance when everything prior to this is still not had a response it will just result in the same position I’m currently in, i would have liked it and considered giving another chance if instead of trying to make them selves look better by responding to a review they actually reply to the customer support.

So far so good
Twice bought Mac blushers (still current at Mac) at discounted price, both times arrived the next day. I found my favourite discontinued lipsticks cheaper than anywhere else, also arrived next day. "Speak as you find" and so far I have had no problems. Their customer service have replied speedily and done their best.

I paid for less the half bottle of open pores stuff . And when I ask if I can return it . They say they want envelope ut came in but it was wet through . So I threw it away . Now they don't believe me . So don't bother with these their a bad company . Just make out your a liar .

Poor customer service
Struggling with a faulty skincare tool which only worked for 2 days. The company want me to pay to return it which is completely against the UK consumer goods laws where an item is defective. Faults happen with products from time to time but poor customer care will stop me from buying again.

Very impressed with Glam Beauty
Found foundation I was interested in but all other sites were way too expensive. Found it on Glam Beauty for a much more affordable price. P&P was free and it arrived in two days. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely be using them in the future. 👌

Issue resolved
I had an issue regarding a refund with GLAMBEAUTY. After some fighting on my part, the issue was resolved and I got my rightful refund eventually. The prices are good a delivery is speedy. It’s just a shame that certain people within the company do not listen. I was later referred to somebody higher up in customer services and the problem was resolved. Thank you Numa for your help.

Excellent shopping experience
On Sunday I placed an order which was dispatched the same day. I received my order on Tuesday with Royal Mail, 48hr delivery. The order I placed was cheaper than anywhere else & I got free delivery with a £10 spend. Absolutely perfect with updates!

Brilliant First Experience Ordering from GLAMBEAUTY!
