Malfunction
I love my Whitney audio mirror which I bought in 2023 but it has suddenly stopped working and I canât switch it on. Other devices work in the wall electricity socket so thatâs not the problem. Can you help?

The mirror was broken when we opened itâŠ
The mirror was broken when we opened it on Christmas Day. The packing wasnât effective enough to protect it during transit. The box had several holes on the outside by the time it arrived with us. The company was very quick at refunding us in full though- thank you.
