Very quick and heloful service

I should of gone with my gut after the rude interaction with this guy on the phone. Turned up with a horrible attitude and half of my curtain rails have fallen down in a matter of weeks. Never got the receipt he promised to send for the work. Total cowboy. Avoid.

Person was very rude. He put up curtain tracks so badly that they all needed to be re-done as the curtains would not open and close smoothly. Would not recommend.

Handy andy came out to my house today to fix my lost hatch. Turned up bang on time

Time waster.
Called to ask if he could do a job within the next 2 weeks, he asked me to message him instead. Sent him a message & he replied FIVE DAYS LATER to say that he had no availability until Feb 2024.
Why not just say that in the first place!

Arranged for work to be done early in the week after agreeing to the work needed by seeing an image. Didn't turn up when arranged. Sent another bloke round who said it it was a two-man job and couldn't do it. Then started an argument and lied about what I had said on my own doorstep even though I have recording and evidence on ring doorbell. Very unpleasant. I have evidence of all of my dealings in writing and recorded.

Great company called for a quote to shave the bottom of a bedroom door after new carpet was fitted, the guy came out and job was completed the same day. Great price

Jason did a wonderful job installing my Mums replacement pulley rope. Mrs Brown was delighted with the service. Thanks 😊

Had a bike lock that needed removed after some botched DIY attempts to extract a key that broke in the lock (Long story short, the entire lock ended up super glued!)

Jason's first concern was the safety of the bike and made every effort to minimise the risk of damaging it while he carried out the work. Using an angle grinder, he was clearly safety focused as he asked me to close the door in case any sparks went inside.

He was done in less than 10 minutes, with no damage to the bike whatsoever. Payment was made easily via card.

Will definitely be recommending him to friends who have any need for his services. Great job!

Great service all round - was able to squeeze me in after working hours straight away to replace my extractor fan, and then when there was an electricity issue with the fan turning off (not even his issue really) he offered to immediately come back and fix that too as part of the work (at 9pm at night!). First class service.

Jason clearly knows his stuff and is also a great person to have on speed dial.

Certain things like tiling he doesn't do but hey that's a good thing to me as most others we have used in the past seem to think they can tackle everything.

The quality of the work in second to none in my experience also and it's better for me and my partner to have a full price for the work rather than an hourly rate.

At this time of year (during the pandemic) these guys were still hard working in the community. Literally a lifesaver for me as I had a major leak rather than the covid19 virus.

The work was very good standard and Jason also offered some good advice, which was much appreciated - he clearly has excellent knowledge.

He was punctual, friendly and worked really quickly, which also meant the job didn't cost me a fortune!

I was genuinely impressed with the service.

Quick, honest, reliable service from Jason the handyman as always. I used them to hang large heavy weight mirrors in the flat and they done a great job.

I've never had any reason to complain or find fault with his work. I would always recommend him to others because it's rare to find a reliable person, and he can always be trusted with any plumbing job, large or small.

Excellent service and time keeping. All round professional at the jobs.
