Buyer beware. My order seems to have disappeared into the ether - after taking my money of course. Emailed three times for a delivery update (all after the original suggested delivery date) but they haven’t even bothered to acknowledge my emails, never mind tell me when I will actually get the goods I paid for weeks ago.

Delivery on time as promised. Top quality products and ar a good price .many thanks 😊

The delivery of one double glazed unit took a long time, but more importantly it had a scratch. My husband phoned and emailed and no-one has replied. Consequently we will not be ordering the reading 15 units from them

Needed a large Double Glazed unit for my conservatory and obtained a local quote which involved personal collection, however, from my limited experience, it is always risky moving glass by car! I checked the Glass2Go site and was quoted £30 cheaper and free delivery - a 'no brainer' I thought and now, 3 weeks later, I am delighted with the quality - thanks.

I ordered sealed units for the first time this week and filled in an online form, having a crisis of confidence
I re-measured everything several times, finding a couple of errors!!
I emailed glass to go to hold the order, the next day I spoke to Dan who kindly adjusted the measurements fo me

I’ve ordered a glass that never arrived, I was told a replacement was on its way, but also it didn’t arrived
eventually I got my money back, but it delayed my project by over 10 weeks

I would not recommend

Scam comany not delivered over 6 weeks, customer service totally ignore our calls and emails. Order placed in February 2026.
Very poor experience with customers service. After couple calls we have been asked - company do not have idea ,,what's happening with our order,, ( totally shocked with this answer) Till now over 7 weeks we do not have money and no glass panels as well!

She answered all my questions clearly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate her support we love working along side glass2go with our uk projects and will continue to build this relationship

Was easy to order with clear web site to assist. Delivery was sooner than the initially given date. Would have been useful to have had an email to say the units were on their way.

Very good service….had ordered a unit but I ordered the wrong size…Dan from sales sorted it for me when I emailed them ..even rang me up to double check my size off the glass….thanks again (Thanks Dan)

Excellent service

Being in the trade I’m always on the hunt for local reputable businesses to work alongside. When I discovered glass2go I was made up.
I recently placed an order with them and everything about the process from the initial enquiry to ordering and the delivery was superb. I would highly recommend such a professional company and look forward to making more orders in the near future. Website easy to navigate, quality glass and speedy delivery.

I ordered a pane of glass thinking it would be here within 10-12 days nationwide as mentioned at the bottom of the page. I ordered on 6th Feb after payment to my shock and horror I got an email saying delivery 24 th Feb. How is that 10-12 days. So pleased be aware. When placing an order. They deliver to your city only when there van is full of deliveries to your city so can be any day. But saying that glass arrived in perfect health this morning at 8am 24th Feb.

Ordered 6 replacement units in September, finally arrived in November
, one unit cracked on install so contacted and ordered a replacement. 15 emails and 4 phone calls later still no replacement unit. Spoke to someone on the phone finally to be told they were really busy and had lots of orders and it was hard to keep track of them all?!? Shocking customer service and communication. A real real shame as the units provided are ok! Just really really hard to actually get them to deliver them.

Ordered 14mm overall thickness of glass, got delivered 27mm thickness glass 3 weeks after ordering. They won’t do refunds, they insist on remaking and sending out again. Don’t order if you’re in a hurry!!!

Good product. Promptly delivered.
