Dave was very personable, the surveyor was friendly and thorough, the fitters were professional with high attention to detail and Ian was so pleasant to deal with.

There were some issues with the size of glass only because of the wall having a slight fall in it but this was rectified without delay,

Dave from the Glass Balustrade Company, who has many years experience, took on the job and the end result fitted perfectly.

A fantastic and flawless purchasing experience from my first speculative call to the delivery of the product. I stumbled across this company whilst looking for glass balustrades for our lodge - we needed a considerable amount and as the lodge will be used by friends and (clumsy) family as well as the general public, it needed to be a quality product meeting all the regulatory safety standards. No problem! Dave the owner of the business and a draughtsman by trade, talked me through the process, timelines, costings and used my measurements to draw up my plan. I had done quite a bit of research by this point so recognised that his pitch was factual and his prices keen - so I decided to go ahead. Dave handed me over to Ian - who also knew his onions and provided an expert and seamless service, confirming details, ensuring the specifics of the timings were suitable for me. To be honest - if you are looking for a quality product, delivered efficiently by a team of friendly and knowledgeable professionals - knock on the door of the Glass Balustrade Company as they deliver on every count. I will certainly be knocking on their door in the future and encouraging my friends and family to knock also!
