Brought dishwasher washing machine and incinerator tabs. Wow everything is shiny and clean and smells great. For a year at 73 dollars for all 3 I'm impressed.

Bought the dishwasher, washing machine and waste disposal cleaning tablets. Only tried the waste disposal tablets so far and they don't do any like what they showed on facebook. Supposed to foam right up but nothing happened at all just another facebook scam with no replies to my emails from customer service out of pocket again.

This product does not work. It was applied as instructed. Very disappointed.

We ordered the washing machine and dishwasher tablets on the 13 th of February. There website stated 3-4 days delivery. I emailed them and asked what was happening and they stated they would be shipped on 23rd of February. It’s is now the 28th of February we have had no communication and no product. Terrible service and communication. Unless this product performs miracles I would not use this company again.

Delivery and customer service is excellent. I had high hopes for this product, however, it didn't work at all on my shower doors. As I bought the product in the knowledge it had a "money back guarantee", I contacted the company and requested the same. I offered to send the hardly used bottle back, in good faith. However, they replied that they required "before and after photos" to issue a refund. As I used the product in a rental property which I had since vacated, I could not supply. I think it's pretty disingenuous to offer a "money back guarantee" and then refuse on a technicality and it's just bad form. I'm only giving 1 star because they at least responded quickly to my queries. My advice: make sure you get before and after photos if you want to ensure you get a refund.
Update: Glassguard have responded to my review here, basically reiterating that it is clear on their site that before and after photos are required for a refund and that "customer satisfaction is very important to them". I disagree with the latter. Their product didn't work and they refused to give me a refund when they could have. Refunds are always at the discretion of the company. And it also begs the question: if such stringent criteria are required for a refund, just how many people are asking for refunds? Why does Glassguard require this refund criteria in the first place? There are plenty of companies around who do give refunds, "no questions asked". If their argument is that customer satisfaction is paramount but they cannot give refunds at their discretion, it is profit satisfaction that is paramount. And it appears to me that this policy is only in place in order to address the numerous customers who probably do ask for a refund because the product doesn't work. So, just how much faith does Glassguard even have in its products?

The house that I rent, the shower glass doors were so ingrained with soap and water scum I didn't think that glass guard would do anything. I have used it several times now and the glass is getting better & better each time. So a big thank you.

Although the glass guard didn’t work for us (very stubborn calcified marks unfortunately) The mould removal gel was amazing and I highly recommend. Also the process for getting a refund was amazing, hassle free and great service.

Was delivered very quickly! The product is amazing, I left it on overnight and cleaned it off in the morning. Works great.

What surprised me was that I was shocked when this product actually worked. I've tried so many things to get rid of the hard water stains, nothing worked. It simple to use and did what it said it would, cleared the glass. Get rid of all the other products.

I used it on the rubber lining of our washing machine and the results were awesome! Worked exactly as advertised. Also, ordered the gel and it arrived with in 2 days. 10/10 experience!

I really didn't expect the great result, but this product really does do what it says. Instructions are easy to follow, too.

I have literally tried every shower & glass cleaner known to man with limited results. But this one actually works. It’s a glass polish really, and does require some elbow grease, but it is worth the effort - glass looks like new.

I bought a motorhome that had this horrible calcified type droplet staining on the front glass. It was very rough. I applied glass cleaner as per instructions. The first application was pretty good. The 2nd application really looks good. The product worked better than I expected. I am going to do the whole vehicle now.

I brought the mould remover and glass cleaner. Haven't used the glass cleaner yet but the mould remover is AMAZING...its like having a new shower.

First time using mould killer . Def does it job but am super impressed with glass guard on shower doors. Will def purchase again

Bought the Miracle Mould Removal Gel, and it worked amazingly on my very old kitchen grout, came up like new. As well as on our new bathroom grout and silicone.
Was a bit sceptical if it would do the job, but very pleased with how well it worked. Great stuff

After reading the reviews I decided to give glassguard a try. I was not disappointed and my shower glass came up like new. I will definitely be purchasing this product again. Very happy customer A+++
