I’ve worked with a few SEO companies before, but Gleaming Media has honestly been one of the better experiences. The team is responsive, explains things properly, and actually follows through on the work they promise.
 
We started seeing improvements in keyword rankings after a couple of months, and the website traffic has been gradually improving as well. They also send regular updates, which makes the whole process transparent.
 
Overall, happy with the service and looking forward to continuing with them.

Absolutely terrible experience with Gleaming Media. If you care about your website, DO NOT hire this company.

I brought them on to fix technical SEO issues, and instead they created more problems than they solved. Despite explicitly telling them NOT to touch key elements, their team went ahead and changed multiple H1 headers, title tags, and meta descriptions. When I confronted Vineet, he flat-out denied they touched anything. Later, he admitted (via voice note) that his team “accidentally” sent proof of the changes. I then had to spend hours fixing the damage myself.

It gets worse. After they added code to my site, I immediately started getting errors in Google Search Console—breadcrumb issues, broken review snippets, and unparsable structured data. When I reached out, Vineet’s response was shockingly unprofessional: “You paid $250, you think we’ll manage your site for life?” Completely dismissive and zero accountability, even though the errors directly lined up with their changes.

Then he tried to blame third-party apps. Turns out those apps were installed by HIS team. I sent screenshots proving it—no response, no ownership, nothing.

On top of all that, they took months to do basic work. The only way anything got done was constant follow-up and pressure. Every delay came with excuses instead of solutions.

Yes, they did a “website revamp,” but it was extremely bare-bones and nowhere near professional quality. These are NOT SEO experts. They tell you what you want to hear to close the deal, then deliver low-quality work and disappear when issues come up.

The pricing might seem cheap, but now I understand why. You get what you pay for—and in this case, it’s poor work, wasted time, and frustration.

Avoid Gleaming Media, especially Vineet Verma, if you want someone who actually stands behind their work.

I had a very good experience working with Gleaming Media Technologies. The team is professional, responsive, and delivers work on time. I recently received an unsolicited email from an individual using a Hotmail address, claiming to have over nine years of Shopify expertise and offering assistance with store development, product management, social media, and related services. The email provided no details about a company or website, leading me to assume the sender was a freelancer. In response, I requested a resume to verify their qualifications.

Instead, I received a reply from a different individual using a Gleaming Media email address, stating that my inquiry had been forwarded to them by the original sender. No resume or further information about the initial contact was provided.

This interaction raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the outreach. The absence of the original sender’s credentials and the involvement of an unexpected second party suggest a lack of transparency. It appears the initial email may have been used to solicit responses, which are then redirected to another individual without clear explanation. Such practices undermine credibility and resemble patterns of misrepresentation I have encountered before, and always using the same plot line. Fake email, name, and contact information, that person disappears, and someone else replies.
