Bikes are great!
Purchasing the bikes was easy. I had an issue with my tracking number and customer service sorted it out right away. Bikes shipped really fast, and assembly was simple. This bike showed up hammered. Box was in pieces. Pedal was stripped wouldnât go on. But what makes me the maddest, is this bike is said to be made in Colorado. Not true. Well Built Glerc Toddler Bike
We purchased this toddler bike for our granddaughterâs 3rd Birthday. We put it together pretty easily and gave it to her Saturday. She absolutely loves it!! Put her baby doll in the back seat and practiced riding it in their house right away. We were surprised how solid and strong the bike feels when you pick it up! Nothing flimsy about this bike! Perfect Christmas gift for my niece
I bought this bike as a Christmas gift for my niece who lives in France. She came to stay with us for the holidays and it was her first Christmas here, so I really wanted to give her a special gift. The ordering process was easy and the bike arrived on time before Christmas.
We actually didnât open the box in the UK because she took it back to France with her. When it was opened there, everything was in perfect condition. She is only three years old and quite petite, so we adjusted the bike to a lower height so her feet could reach the pedals comfortably.
The bike is great because it can be adjusted as the child grows. For now we didnât attach the doll seat at the back because if we add it at the moment, her feet wouldnât reach the pedals properly. But itâs nice to know we can add it later when she grows a bit more.
She sent me pictures of herself riding the bike in France and she absolutely loves it. Iâm very happy with the quality and the design, and I would definitely recommend Glercbikes to anyone looking for a good bike for young children.

Delivery is shocking
Delivery is shocking. Ordered two bikes for our twins birthday plus a helmet each. One helmet arrived on time, one bike two days laterâŠone week later the second helmetâŠ..still no sign of the second bike. Very disappointed, one birthday ruined.
Update: finally received both bikes and helmets - I have to add, the bikes are fantastic! Well packaged and easy to assemble. Our girls love them.
Please have a look at the courier you use as itâs a shame they let you down. No hard feelings.

Ordered a new bike for my daughters xmas and when building it on xmas eve i found there were missing parts (seat and seat post!) so was unable to give my daughter her xmas present! I had to send them photo's of the bike showing parts were missing and they only offered my a £20 goodwill gesture only after i had to ask for it and then took weeks and weeks for the missing parts to arrive (which they classed as replacements!). Turns out these parts come from China even though they advertise themselves as a UK company which was the main reason i chose them in the 1st place. AVOID!

20 inch Maggie Bike
My daughter got the 20 inch Maggie Bike for Christmas with the baby doll seat attachment and she loves it! We did have to pump up the tires some but other than that the bike has been great! It fits her perfectly It was very difficult to find a 20 inch bike in store for a girl so we opted to ordering online, it was a smooth process and we got updates along the way from confirmation of purchase all the way to delivery. 15% DEDUCTION FOR RETURNS!!!!!
I bought a set of pads and a helmet for my five year old daughter so she could try roller skating. Unfortunately, I received a bundle intended for ages 8 to 15. While I accept that I may have made the error when ordering, I do not believe I would knowingly choose something that was clearly too large.
Once we realised the mistake, we began the process of returning the items for a refund. After a few days, I received an email asking for a photo of the helmet, which I provided. A couple of days later, I was asked to send photos of the pads, which I also did. I then received a third email requesting photos of the original packaging.
At that point, I replied to suggest that it would have been far more efficient to request all of this information in a single email, rather than prolonging the process over several days.
To add to the frustration, a 15% restocking fee is being applied, which feels excessive. It is difficult to understand how returning a helmet and a set of pads to a shelf justifies this charge, plus, I am paying for return post!
Overall, this has been a disappointing and unnecessarily drawn-out experience. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this retailer and chosen a company that values customer service and long-term relationships.

I ordered 3 bikes and helmets for the grandkids. The bikes seem to be built solid and not cheap. The people at Glerc were great with the two issues I had. A wicker basket was damaged during shipping and they sent me a new one no charge. Also one of the helmets was never delivered. Two came taped together but not the third. Glerc again was terrific and sent a new replacement helmet free of charge. Also everything was delivered before Christmas! I would recommend buying from Glercbikes to anyone! Thank you Glerc!
