I purchase a Prada bag December 12th and still haven't received it. I have sent numerous emails that have been left unreplied to until now. I'll be lodging a dispute today as this doesn't seem legitimate. No one gets back to you.
No communication, I still haven’t received my bag. I’m afraid they took my $1230 I paid. I will be filing a report!!!
We purchased an item and never got it nor can we talk to them
Excellent first time experience with Glimvale. I was skeptical at first but very quickly I realized that are very professional and trustworthy. Delivery was fast i was more pleased with my purchase, i was extremely happy to see my Louis Vuitton Bag and it was definitely Authentic.

No package sent out.
Quited disappoint services quality and never reply to the point.
Order comfirmed at Aug 5. and no update for 2 weeks.
Query mail sent at Aug 17 and Aug 22 and got a reply said that the banking system got issues at last "few days" but my order made before above 2 weeks.
I got a reply mail be told that can not refund my money, only can go throught the dispute charge case.
I sent 3 mails for an explaination at Aug 29, 31 and Sep 3. They nerver reply me till today.

I ordered 2 different handbags totaling over $8000. The first order I placed on December 30, 2021. The bag was stated shipped on January 11th, with a tracking #. It has never been shipped or recceived by Fedex. I tried to reach out by calling the #s on the Glimvale website none of which connected me to your company. This is a scam. I am currently disputing the charges on my credit card.
Scam website. Took my money and never sent me anything. Didn’t refund either. AVOID.
