The consultant called you promptly as soon as you agreed to make payments. However, one of the lawyers is a terrible listener and performed a poor customer service. I experienced a horrible verbal assault by him as they fail to give me a correct pathway for application. They even said they would block my call because I kept chasing for an answer. They are very good at getting away with things or not attend court cases as the other legal authority said.

Awful company. Poor communication - changed my agent after the other one left but didn't inform me that she did leave and left me wondering why she wasn't answering my emails. Ended up having to call them after weeks and then they informed me I have a new one with no communication from her either! Didn't advise on correct documents to upload onto ACS portal resulting in it being refused - $550 down the drain and then ACS asked for $350 to add the additional document! Needless to say i am out of pocket and didn't have that money to add the additional document. Now stuck, not being able to progress with my Australian visa. Company refused any sort of refund. Appalling service! One very angry and upset customer.

I can't thank enough for Global Migrate company and case worker Kinjal who has been so great all the way throughout our journey. I'm from United Kingdom and my husband is Australian. We both met in UK and wanted to be together in Australia. We went through a lot to be together and didn't really know who to speak to about visas at first. I have found information about Global Migration online and gave it a go. I'm so happy with my choice. Me and my husband now are living happily in Australia and don't have to worry about flying back and forth from one to another country to be together. Over this period of sorting all paperwork out we closely worked with our case worker Kinjal who talked us through all process of the visa application. She is very professional and wonderful lady who has saved a lot of stress and hassle. Don’t make the same mistake I did and give your money to this company , I lost over £4000 to try and migrate to Australia.
The waiting times for emails were way longer than they should be , the service I recieved and the information given were of a sub standard.
Do not use this company.

This company is completely fraud. They took 2400 from me. Decide it’s going to take only six month but when I called them after 6 to 7 months they start changing the timing now they’re coming with a different words they’re saying we keep applying for you and When I get so pissed and ask for money as they did not keep their promise they send me to the refund department But the lady she didn’t help me at all I wanted to speak to the manager and they didn’t call me back I’ve been keep calling and she is saying that my manager will call you back next day but I didn’t get any call yet they are saying are we not going to give you any refund because we apply so many places. I get a new letter that they’re saying they’re not going to send me any New applying job places Details.once everything done they will inform me.guys there words-keep changing and changing.If you do not want to lose your money then don’t trust them they will definitely going to take a signature from you once they take the signature and your money gone.

I’ve got so many people those who have the same complaint and we planning to get together and sue this company.If any of you faced the same problem please write down the review and write your comment so we can get all of you to get action against them.

SCAM, DO NOT DO IT!!

I paid them almost £1500 in 2014 because they said they had a Career Solutions service that could help me land a job in Canada, looking back I was younger and desperate but a scam is still a scam is a scam.

Not one thing came of it and they closed my file after 6 months when I was done paying up claiming they had done all they could.It's 2020, you don't need to pay random internet people to help you find work in another country/immigrate when you can do it yourself or for free.
DON'T DO IT!

guys please do not waste your money by going to them. they are all fraud sitting there who just want your money and in return they will give you abuse and threat and rudeness!!! they took my money first 600 pounds and made me sign a contract, when i started to realise something off them after having a conversation for an hour they turned their back on me and denied to give me the refund. All they have done for me is spending an hour and they took my money and still asking me to give them another 1800 pounds which is ridiculous. please guys do not waste your money and time behind them. they are criminals out their. law enforcement agency should do something about them...

Global migrate might be resourceful in solving migration challenges. However, I made a mistake trusting them with my card details.
Before the pandemic lockdown, I booked my first consultation with them over the phone and was charged an amount to get a slot on the phone as well. I didn't lateron go because shortly after, the restricted movement began.
To my greatest surprise, few weeks afterwards, my account was debited without my consent. I phoned the company. They admitted and promise to refund. It's more than a month now, I'm yet to receive it.
Never submit your card details!

I must say that they are the most reliable and professional consultants in UAE, they carry so many success stories and have changed the lives of number of families just because of their professional competence, thorough knowledge of immigration laws and case specific dedicated efforts

Awful chop shop that is only interested in taking payment from you and then disappearing. Do not use this company, its a big SCAM

I was due a refund as my case wasnt ready yet, they promised to honour the refund the next day, but i noticed that 2 weeks later they still hadnt revoked the payment. I have been calling daily and they are always out to lunch or in meetings.

They are immoral, con artists who think its morally OK to defraud people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They just want your money. I have wasted my money. Don't trust these guys. Once you pay the money they will not bother to contact you.

You are wasting your money by choosing this consultancy. They will not work for you, you will end up paying tons of money. They know nothing about immigration. You will have frustration and disappointment at the end. I have faced all the terms which i mentioned above. Don't go for this Global Migrate

We chose Global Migrate on the back of its size and some positive feedback I read online. I completely ignored the negative feedback… which the company seem to spend a lot of time disputing and taking down. I wonder why!

I wish I had paid more attention.

Our first consultation was professional and pleasant, my husband and I were over the moon, lulled into a sense of security. Then communication lessened and eventually stopped altogether… however, the withdrawals of our money from my credit card continued and could not be stopped given the manner in which they were taken – we are almost £2k down. After we realised something was very wrong we contacted two other independent visa agents who confirmed the information we were provided was not even correct and we didn’t have a credible case. Months in and we still cannot get our money back from Global Migrate.

DON’T DO IT.

Global migrate is a worst company ever. They took Dhs 13,000 as a first installment to apply for UK visa for me. After getting payment they didn’t do anything and started making excuses and not refund me. When I called on their landline number, one person talked to me very rudely without naming himself. I would suggest to stay away from this company in any case.

I called Global Migrate to get some immigration advise. Ish was absolutely fantastic- he was clear, confident and well versed in the area.

Would hugely recommend for any migration related works.

Guys, please don’t trust this global migrate. They took all my original educational documents in feb2019 to start the canada processed and i even paid first instalment fee (£660) through phone and they saved all my card details and at the time of second instalment , they took money from my account without informing me. First week of march i saw all negative comments about them and i decided to withdraw and they refused. Until i clear full amount they said they cant give my documents . They even went to court. It will be like a black mark in entire life if someone claims against you through court, even though you know you didn’t anything wrong.
I even got proof from ICCRC that, there is no consultancy named Global Migrate got registered with them in order to do immigration process.
Please be careful, don’t get fooled, don’t loose your money.

A waste of time and money, they promised express entry route to canada did not explain the current express entry draws and how we did not have enough points, by the time i spoke to other candidates it was too late they had taken the full money for a service that consisted of 1 telephone appointment and 1 email., that is all- no
EE profile was uploaded, no education credentials were uploaded- i did 90% of the application myself. when i asked for a refund i got verbal abuse from a man in complaints who refused to tell me his name ! Avoid at all costs!
I then asked any other routes i could take to immigrate to canada if they did not want to refund me, they said to start a new application i would have to pay the fees again! what disgraceful customer service!
I have since given all details for them to look into after they saw this negative review & no response
