DO NOT USE!!! POTENTIAL SCAM!!! AVOID!!! We made a reservation for a Pocket Wi-Fi in November and the device was supposed to be delivered to our hotel. About 3 days before we arrived in Japan, we got notification the device was shipped and a tracking link provided. When we checked into our hotel, the front desk said nothing was delivered, they checked several times. We checked the tracking link and it said the device was return to sender due to bad address. We double checked the address and name of the hotel with the hotel and they confirmed it was correct. We reached out to GAC and got no response. After a couple of days we ended up having to order another device from another company, it was delivered just fine using the same address. Ultimately we had to do a charge back with out credit card company to get a refund because they ghosted us. Avoid the headaches and use a different company.

I ordered a Pocket Wi-Fi 5 days before my arrival to Japan to ensure it would be waiting for me at my hotel. It has now been 7 days since my order was placed, and the device still has not arrived.

Even worse, their customer service has been completely non-existent. I've been trying to contact them for three days with zero response. This is a complete failure of service.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.
