Reliable and friendly
I chose Peliccan cars after their fast response for a quote and the great price - what I didn’t expect was the such high quality service
The team kept me informed giving me assurance that they knew my flight had landed a little early and they had adjusted their timing to fit. Fast friendly and completely reliable service at a great price for a Gatwick to Heathrow transfer - definitely choosing Peliccan next time

Quick and easy booking via website. Accepted credit card online.
Recieved email and whatsapp. But email didn't contain car reg but did contain the driver name and photo. Instruction was unclear but driver good in communicating and was on time.

Airport transfers
Had a pick up for five people and a toddler at 1.45am. Global taxis and driver kept in touch by phone and text before and after we landed.
Van comfortable clean, child seat appropriate size. Very reasonably priced.

Easy to book
Easy to book. Competitive prices. Easy to locate the friendly driver once arrived at Rome airport. Return driver prompt and courteous. Reservation centre always available and very helpful via WhatsApp. Have used previously and will use this company again in the future.

We were very happy with our transfer
We were very happy with our transfer. Norberto our driver was very nice and polite he even arrived 5 minutes early to pick us up. The actual transfer was very clean and comfortable making the journey much better. Definitely recommend this company when using private hire. They send everything in confirmation putting your mind at ease as well as give you the drivers name and number incase of cataract. We had booked our transfer around 2 hours prior to being picked up due to emergency flight home very accommodating and no issues at all

Avoid this company
Avoid this company.
Booked a late pick up from Heathrow and the driver never turned up. Had to call them over 10 times and ended up getting an uber.
Save yourself some hassle and don’t book with them.

Journey to Stansted Airport
Faruqe drove my friend to Stansted today and honestly, he's the kind of driver you don't forget. He rang ahead to warn about a demonstration in central London and suggested leaving earlier, that one call saved the whole trip. Punctual, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout. You can tell he actually cares rather than just doing the minimum. We'll be asking for him by name next time!
