Customer service made a change immediately during the call. When an item in my purchase was shipped in error, they immediately shipped the correct item at no cost to me. Great Customer Servise.

I ordered two rolls of wire from this company and received one of the rolls two weeks later. Have no idea why they weren’t shipped together? I am still waiting on the other roll and when I call to ask where it is, I get a foreigner who just works for a dispatcher who knows nothing about the business. Very disappointed

A shipping error occurred but they made good on it, refunded the shipping fee, and delivered the wire at an excellent price.

Customer service was top notch. Wish you could give more of a military discount but at least you gave something back. Didn't realize I was going to have all my items come from different companies, but it all got here and on time. Thanks for all you do.

I decided on global for their 2 day shipping. It turned into a week before it shipped. I was told the shipping company failed to pick it up three times. Seems a little off to me. Then they told me the order would arrive the same week it shipped. It did not. Arrived wed the next week. Just too many variables to depend on for something fast. The rep Was friendly and called me back to check on this once i called in and was apologetic. So part shipping company and part global wire.
