No proper communication,worst administration,avoid this one

Clear, direct and supportive.
Anna Taylor talked me through the portal and processes of the course Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and I am looking forward to getting stuck into it.

Almost 2 months since I requested a refund, a few weeks since they would “expedite” the request. No communications, no refund, horrible customer service

I completed the Level Diploma in Cosmetology with Global Edulink in 2021 while working full-time. The flexible online platform let me study whenever I wanted, the content was excellent and practical, and the website was easy to use. It perfectly fit my busy life and gave me the qualification I needed. It helped kick start my career, I could earn and work. Highly recommend!

Seeing that Educational Psychology is so accessible for people wanting to further their career is amazing and being able to communicate woth the team is great, they are helpful and quick and responding

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

This company gave me wrong information and they took my money and they did not give me back and their mentor called me and shouted at me on the phone.

They was so friendly in the beginning until they take my money and they did not respond me after that.

It is a very nice and relaxing experience. You study on your own time at your own pace. You can go over videos . The course is detailed. You can understand .
You can be equipped for the world of work .

Overall I like my experience with Global Edulink but even passing my course about a year ago,my certification is still pending with Global Edulink and you guys are not even responding to my emails.

ITIL 4 Foundation:

I paid a monthly fee to Global Edulink to be granted a voucher for ITIL 4 Foundation.

After paying the amount I I phoned, emailed and requested help on their website without help to actually getting the voucher.

After a couple of weeks I managed to get an email response from Global Edulink stating they are having "voucher issuing issues" and cannot issue any vouchers at the moment.

This was the start of an back and forth email trail now into it's 25th reply over the last 12 months, after the voucher issuing issue could not be resolved I requested a refund of my funds paid as Global Edulink cannot deliver the service I have paid for. To my horror Global Edulink offered me 60% of my total paid amount back in refund stating the amount they keep is for administrative costs... Yet to understand what administrative cost they are referring too.

But as my luck goes Global Edulink suffered an issue with their refunds and this casued a backlog of all other refunds, while typing this the first refund email was 3 months ago.

I would never recommend Global Edulink to anyone and I remain sceptical about the 5 star reviews.

For ITIL related courses, check the web, much more Trustworthy companies out there.

Great for Flexible Learning and Career Boost

I recently completed a course with Global Edulink, and overall, I had a really positive experience. I wanted something that I could fit around work, and their platform made that easy — everything was online, and I could study at my own pace without any pressure.

The course materials were clear and well-organized, and I liked that I could go back and rewatch lessons whenever I needed to. The final assessment was straightforward, and I got my certificate quickly after finishing. It looks great on my CV, and I’ve already mentioned it in job applications.

I'm very excited to begin my course, the website is comprehensive and easy to use.

Greatly explained material and it team for resolving promptly any possible errors that might occur during the launch.

I would love to continue learning and complete my diploma in Animal Care, having previously studied with Global Edulink I know how organised and supportive their courses are all whilst learning online at a time to suit me.

I enjoy video tutorials and found my previous courses concise and easy to follow and understand.
The site is also well organised and user friendly.

I enrolled in the Opera Cloud course, which was advertised as including access to the Opera Cloud PMS software – essential to complete the training. I submitted the required request form and followed up multiple times. Each time I was told there were “technical delays,” but no access was ever provided.

I eventually requested a refund, but this was ignored. I still have neither access to the software nor my money back.

This company failed to deliver the core service it advertised and refused to honour a refund request. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid.

Decent course....good introduction to a new industry, clear and easy to understand, engaging content. Mock test provided for practice before the main test at the end. Would use Global Edulink again.

I have purchased a course and I have not been given my exam voucher to book the exam. i have tried communicating with their representatives on multiple occasions and followed the procedure the course describes but I have not received and response. This is unfair and unacceptable.

Completed extended diploma in strategic mangement and leadership over 6 months ago. Never once replied to any phone calls throughout the course, rarely reply to emails. Provided letter saying I have passed but won't issue the certificate. 2 Collegues having exactly the same experience.
Take months to grade submissions making a 3 month course last two years.
