Absolute crooks! I’ve been trying to do my exam for over 6 months. After some friendly complaints, they extended my course material several times but now have stopped replying to me so I can’t access materials or do the exam. £500 down. Avoid!!!!

Avoid Global Edulink – A Complete Scam

Global Edulink is nothing more than a money-making scheme that preys on unsuspecting students and professionals. They promise high-quality courses and certifications but fail to deliver any real value. Customer service is virtually nonexistent, and once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about your experience or success.

Many users report misleading course descriptions, poor content, and no response from their team. If you’re looking for legitimate education or career advancement, steer clear of Global Edulink and invest your time and money elsewhere.

I strongly advise anyone considering Global EduLink for online certifications to stay far away. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster.

Firstly, their communication is virtually nonexistent. Any inquiries are either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. I spent an excessive amount of time studying for a course, only to discover that no exam was provided, making the entire process pointless.

The course materials were shockingly poor in quality, riddled with outdated information, and the instructor was uninspiring and dull—offering no real value beyond what a simple Google search could provide.

To make matters worse, Global EduLink failed to provide the exam voucher that was promised upon enrollment. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they completely disregarded my requests, failing to uphold their end of the agreement. This is a clear breach of contract, and I would warn anyone against trusting this company with their money.

Many of the positive reviews here seem highly suspicious—likely fake or manipulated. My advice? Avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere for legitimate, professional online learning platforms.

I registered with the Business Management Level 3 program in December 2024, but for the past two months, I have received no response from anyone—my mentor, the sales team, or any other contact. None of my work has been marked, and there has been complete silence from EduLInk. I am completely stuck, and with university approaching, I no longer have enough time to finish my course. I belive I have to complaint to ATHE.

I did my level 3 counselling course with Global Edulink, I had a great experience. The website is so easy to access and I can learn on my flexible time. The information the course provide is throughout, I learnt a lot of it and I am ready to continue my learning.

I recently took both a L3 Business Administration and an Office Management course with this provider, and had initially low expectations. However they proved me wrong with superb learning materials, genuinely useful and valuable learning plus a helpful and supportive approach from Global Edulink as a training provider. I don't put my name to things easily, but am more than happy to recommend them for anyone seeking to upskill and add value too their resume plus give themselves a competitive edge in the workplace, or fill a skills gap. I have worked in a hotel before. Due to some reasons I temporarily stopped my career as a receptionist. And here I am back to learning and refreshing my knowledge about hospitality especially in the front office/reception area!. the courses given are very clear, the audio and images are also clear. The knowledge delivered is real like what I experienced when I worked before. Thank you GEL for providing the best online education that is in accordance with the reality in the field.

I have looked at website and pleased to see a variety of courses in diploma level many other course companies do not offer this certificate at this reasonably priced offer.

Some years back i studies an introductory course in Excel from GlobalEdulink. What i envoyez was the facility to navigateur through courses and the detail centredness of course material. It was a very great expérience studying here.

Completed my ITIL 4 modules and requested the Exam Voucher in June 2024 and I am still waiting... I have contacted customer services several times and People Cert (the examining board) and have been told that there was a system glitch which has been resolved and I would get the Exam Voucher soon but I'm still waiting. I have paid over £450 to obtain a qualification which I'm unable to attain through no fault of my own.....its absolutely unacceptable

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally complain about Global Edulink's failure to provide the ITIL exam I was entitled to upon completing their course. I enrolled in the ITIL course in April last year and completed the study portion by June. Since then, I have repeatedly requested an exam date, but none has been provided.

As this certification is now a pre-employment requirement for my current role, I have been forced to retake the course with another provider. Consequently, I requested a full refund from Global Edulink in December 2024 due to their breach of contract in failing to deliver the promised exam.

Despite numerous attempts to follow up since December, my refund request remains unaddressed. This lack of response is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from a supposedly reputable business. I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received and strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Global Edulink. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a full refund as previously requested.
