Bought the bitdefender antivirus…
Bought the bitdefender antivirus program because the ad said it could be installed on a chrome book couldn’t install it. Called bitdefender and they told me it couldn’t be installed on my Acer 315 Chromebook. It would be nice if you refund the purchase price.

We’d like to clarify that our product listing specifies the system requirements, which indicate that the software is compatible only with Windows 10 and Windows 11. It does not mention support for Chrome OS or Chromebooks, as the software is not designed to run on those devices.

First Great Impression and Purchase Experience
Customer Service number provided on the website (1-845-302-3686) goes straight to voicemail. I was skeptical at first for that reason but someone calls you within a short amount of time. I was very impressed by their prompt response. All my questions were answered in that one phone call. You even receive a download instruction video for your digital software purchase. Key for software product was submitted via email within a few minutes of purchase. Will continue to do business with them so long as they continue to keep prices affordable and continue providing that great customer service. Great job Global ESD!!!
