Great service, price and speed

This was my second 2 year package purchase. I had lost my password but soon had prompt help sorting it out. When I started downloading my product I lost my internet connection briefly due to a glitch in my electric supply. I couldn't get back to the page I was working on so clicked on you assistant chat. They took over and promptly set everything up for me, which was a great help. The messages were prompt and precise and always polite. I find you offer an excellent service at a fraction of the price I would have to pay if I purchased directly with company of my preferred brand. It is reassuring knowing that help is only a message away.

The representative who helped me was from Sri Lanka. I understood what he was telling me. He has speaks excellent English. It took us a long time to get the program running because I had let my subscription lapse. He was very patient. Very understanding.

Transaction went through exactly as described

The transaction was easy, fast and straight forward. I had my software in no time and guided installation procedure was provide (video guidance) that even a novice could follow.

At first I was a bit skeptic, as ESD is not exactly a very well known name - although it should be! These days you cannot be cautious enough, so I did a bit of due diligence and it all looked fine, so I proceeded to buy an Anti-virus software. The delivery was practically instant after I made the payment. It came with very clear instructions for those who are technically challenged, and an installation code. The downloading and installation were very easy and straightforward! Encouraged by the seamless experience, I then bought a second, and a third digital security product. All three were sold at very competitive prices, significantly discounted in comparison to buying them from the direct program supplier!
All in all, a truly wonderful and worry-free experience! I personally will be recommending ESD to all my family and friends, they do deserve more customers and to be better known. Thank you, Global ESD! I won't hesitate to use you every time the need arises.

This software will run on my Windows 7 machine so that is what started our journey with it. We were impressed that the scan found some problems immediately on that machine so purchased it and put it on 4 machines. It found problems on one of those too. The online chat support was excellent also and very thorough.
