Bad Experience – Avoid This Company!

My experience with Global Forex Capital was terrible. The promises of high profits and easy trading are misleading. Their platform is unreliable, full of glitches, and customer service is unhelpful. When I tried to withdraw my funds, I faced endless delays and excuses.

After researching, I found many others with the same complaints. This company is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise staying away. There are far better and more reliable options available!

My advice is don’t buy with this company because you will loss not just money but you will lose money and ambition and time

I have passed the 2-step challenge and requested my payout they kicked me out of the discord and now not replying to my withdrawal request …. They are scamming people

Imagine that once they pay, they will gain everyone's trust, even if it is a little late, so pay the dues so that you do not lose your audience and traders.

avoid this propfirm it's been 2 weeks I haven't received my 2nd payment I no longer have access to their chat

A company that does not give profits to traders

J' ai déjà contacté par email et par discord à plusieurs reprise mais toujours sans réponse
je crois que cet entreprise a beaucoup de problèmes et ne peut pas honorer ses engagements envers ses clients
Maintenant je décide de partir ailleurs parce que cet entreprise n'est pas digne de confiance

Don’t pay the are a scammer

They pay a few traders but leave other traders hanging for weeks that's a sign of scamming site that uses few payouts to lure more people to buy their accounts. Not recommended

Fraudulent company that does not pay traders' dues

Stay away from them, they do not pay profits, I have 3 members from my community on Telegram who did not receive their profits even though I'm partner and contacted the company and they did not respond

I understand that this company is relatively new in the industry, but I find it concerning that traders have to wait up to 4 weeks (with default wait) to request their first payout after opening the first trade. In my case, I have been waiting for my payment since March 3rd, and so far, I have not received any clear updates.

Additionally, I have noticed that other traders in the company’s Discord are facing the same issue. What concerns me the most is that, according to the Discord payouts section, some traders have received multiple consecutive payouts without long delays, while the majority of us are still waiting with no clear information about our withdrawal status.

It gives the impression that only a selected group is getting paid to maintain a good image, while the rest of the traders are left waiting without concrete explanations or transparency in the review process.

As constructive criticism, if the company truly aims to be legitimate and reliable, they should improve their payment and review system, as this lack of clarity raises serious concerns.

If the situation improves and I receive my payout, I will be happy to update my review. However, for now, this is my experience.

Edit 31/03/2025: So far, 20 days (not counting weekends) since I requested the withdrawal, and still nothing. And I only took three EURUSD trades, on three different days, and they closed the same day they were opened. You can also see the number of people in this position similar to mine in the other reviews.

Edit 04/05/2025: It's been two months and no sign of the first payout. At this level, you can imagine this company lacks legitimacy, and aside from that, I've seen that their Discord moderator, Garuda, has received Consecutive payouts, while others are in the same position similar to mine. Also, those 5-star reviews seem fake.

Édit 05/06/2025: Literally 3 months waiting for my payment, and always the same excuse of "it may take longer depending on the trader's trading history, since it is done manually"This company is a clear fraud, I highly recommend you go to FTMO, Fundednext and other legitimate companies, and don't get carried away by those discounts they offer, as they will steal from you. On top of that, I got banned from discord for saying what was going on😂

Scam . They dont pay. Drop a msg in discord you will find more traders are not geting payout. Even they cannot complain or they will be removed from discord.

The pricing is much more affordable compared to other prop firms, and the initial support was good. However, when it comes to payouts, they completely stop responding. They offer their own platform, and slippage is reasonable. But the payout processing time is excessively long. I requested a withdrawal on 02/11/25 and followed up, only to be told by support that "some withdrawals require extra verification, which can take longer than usual." This response raised a red flag, especially since no specific timeframe was provided for the verification process. I followed up again, and their last reply on 02/24 stated that I would receive an update within 48 hours. Now, it's already March 11th, and I haven't received any further communication. Despite following up once more, there has been no response at all. This lack of transparency and delayed communication is very concerning. They are quick to respond to Trustpilot reviews to maintain a good public image, but when it comes to email support regarding payouts, they fail to respond entirely.

Hace 2 meses revise truspilot antes de hacer una compra y todo lo que leia era horrendo sobre la demora de atención al cliente y millones de quejas de gente que no recibio su pago.. Hoy 2 meses después vuelvo a revisar y veo que sigue igual, y me parece sospechoso esas reseñas positivas.. Todas las negativas hablan del mismo problema de siempre asi que definitivamente no hare la compra y no les recomiendo hacerlo hasta que ya no exista quejas de pagos atrasados, tardar en dar una cuenta financiada y atención al cliente lenta! No arriesgues tu dinero y ve a asegurar en empresas serias que si mejoran y avanzan.

This review is only for construction with that intention. Since I decided to join Global Forex Capital, all I really expect is that this company can succeed because if they do well, our traders will do well too.

i managed to pass a 50k 2-step evaluation
on monday feb 24, i received an email almost instantly congratulating me for having passed the evaluation, however it took 7 days to finally receiving the contract. 7 days, it was on the 3rd. well.. i signed it and it was said that they were going to conduct a manual check and that it takes no longer than 48 hours to finally send me the credentials of the funded account. Today is almost 72 hours since, so tomorrow 7th is Friday, and for what I can see, I will not get anything. 10 days is too much in my opinion.

its really slow, it takes days for them to reply to my emails, which makes me feel very insecure.

If getting answers takes so long and once funded takes too much in getting the funded account, I do not really feel like I want to even trade anymore with you guys. If I get the account, it will be hard to request a payout and see myself needing my profits that were earned under too much effort and see that i do not get anything.

as i said really want to see you on the top of prop firms if you do well; everyone does, so please consider my genuine review.

I want to be extremely patient waiting on the charts, not extra patient waiting for answers from the company I decided to trust. Please do not make it harder.

Stay away from them all the positive reviews are doctored, no wonder trustpilot is taking them down. Kudos to Trustpilot on that.

They will keep asking for more money and eventually you won't get a dime out.

Just enroll simple change. They pay always and they are not pushy.

Bunch of scammers. There was a server problem with that i couldnt manage my account and it hit daily drawdown. I asked and discord how is this going to be resolved garuda said create a ticket i did so and not long after i got blocked for 24hours

As you can see their response that was not the case i was immediately blocked after i opened my ticket 0919 havent even got a response i could not even send them a message after i was blocked ps: im sitting with all the screenshots. I sent an email to the support also but no feedback. Also like they stated in response they only told me once to open a ticket and i did so

So im not impressed the way they handle the situation

After they gave me the retry the removed me totally from the discord server. Please be careful if you want to invest in this propfirm
