Sasha is very responsive and helpful and always willing to answer questions or share more pics if needed. Bags are always exactly as described and I would always recommend her. I have bought two bags from her ( so far) and it has always been a brilliant interaction. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience as always with GLC. I am a repeat customer, buying for a few years now. Excellent service, full and clear description of item, lots of photos and Sasha is very receptive and prompt in answering any queries. Kept me informed throughout on my item and checked in on delivery day too - great service! My particular item was a deal, very fair pricing. I cannot say enough amazing things about this shop! I purchased a Chanel handbag and the experience was so incredible that when - by some sort of an (expensive!) miracle - my bag of dreams also popped up on the website, I went ahead and ordered it without thinking it twice! The first bag arrived exactly as described and in beautiful condition, the second is on its way.

Sasha, the owner, is absolutely terrific—so attentive, extremely responsive, and genuinely kind. She answered every single question I had and made the entire process feel effortless and completely stress-free.
If you have even the slightest hesitation, don’t. You will NOT regret it. The packaging was beyond stunning—truly a luxury experience. The bag was wrapped beautifully, just like buying directly from a Chanel boutique.

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Global Luxury Closest. Sacha was very helpful sending additional photos, She is super responsive providing additional information. Delivery also arrived within 24 hours. My Chanel bag is gorgeous, as described and came with extras like a bag insert and Chanel box that wasn’t listed in the description so that was a lovely surprise! Peace of mind with authenticity certificate to verify your piece. Would recommend buying or consigning with them.
