I ordered a massager from this company three months ago. It wasn’t suitable for me, so I returned it. The product was returned two months ago, but I still haven’t received my refund.
I’ve been waiting for my refund for two months and have repeatedly tried to contact the company, but they simply ignore me. I haven’t received either my money or a proper response.

I strongly recommend NOT buying anything from these scammers! Think twice before placing an order with this company.

They take to much to deliver and the product quality is terrible... I will have to buy another massage chair and they won't even accept back the shitty one they delivered...

This company says that it will refund your money if you're not happy with their products. I returned the product to them over 2 months ago and still waiting for my money. They do not reply to emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. This is a SCAM and they should be reported to the authorities.

It has been a month since I returned the product and they confirmed in writing that they would refund me. I have sent 5 messages requesting when the money will be refunded, all of these have been ignored.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Ho acquistato una poltrona con libro con moduli per assistenza questo aprile 2024 tutti i numeri possibili risultano inesistenti..un rappresentante di una maleducazione incredibile ,consegna detto da loro per certificazione di funzionamento 90 € NON FIDATEVI STATE LONTANO DA QUESTI TRUFFATORI

They are THIEFS. The customer service is useless and not helpful at all. They stole my money and won’t refund although the product I ordered wasn’t delivered. The courier said they tried to deliver my package but they never made contact and never came by even when I was at home. I never got the product and just lost money. I will appeal through my bank. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Wenn es noch weniger Sterne geben würde würde ich das für diese Fima nehmen.
Ich habe vor Weinachten ein Fusßmassage gerät gekauft über Amazon.
Als ich das Gerät bekommen hatte habe ich sofort einen Defekt bemerkt und habe eine Retoure gemeldet bei Amazon.
Der Retourenschein war kostenfrei und sollte ich zu UPS bringen so getan und der Retourenschein ist nicht gültig.
Obwohl die Retoure bestätigt worden ist von Amazon.
Jetzt erreiche ich niemanden Persönlich bei der Firma Global Relax und bekomme immer nur schriftlich nach mehrfachem Schreiben das sie angeblich die Firma Dachser beauftragt haben.

Ich habe in der Centrale von Dachser mich Informiert und es liegt kein Abholauftrag vor!!!

In der Zwischenzeit habe ich nun eine Zahlungserinnerung von Amazon und eine Sperrung.
mit weitern Kosten auf meine Lasten!

Es ist eine Unverschämtheit wenn man auf Amazon Verkauft und dann nicht mal sich um sein Zeug kümmert und den Kunden in Schwierigkeiten bringt.

Wenn ich bis am Wochenende keinen Abholauftrag bekomme werde ich den Rechtlichen Weg einschlagen und auf Sozial Media den Fall öffentlich machen.

Denn wegen solchen Firmen kommt man in Schwiergkeiten.

und ihre Produkte sind sehr schlecht.

GLOBAL RELAX una banda di truffatori. Non acquistate nulla.

Ho acquistato una sauna con servizio di consegna e installazione a domicilio . Dopo aver fatto il pagamento completo per il servizio con installazione, L azienda Global Relax mi contatta per chiedermi se conosco qualcuno che per 60€ aiuta a portare la sauna già montata al 3’ piano nella mia abitazione. Chiedo in caso di danni a persone o cose chi ne risponde? Nessuna risposta per questa domanda e dicono di non avere il personale a disposizione per qualche settimana e mi dicono che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Dopo poco più di un mese e senza avvisare né con mail, né su whatsapp, né su chiamate telefoniche dove ci eravamo sentiti, ricevo un rimborso in sospeso su PayPal. Ricontattati non rispondono più né su mail, né su whatsapp né al telefono. Pessimo servizio, tempo perso e risarcimento ancora in sospeso dopo 10 giorni dall’invio su PayPal. Nessuno che risponde.

Dopo aver speso 2500 euro e 90 per la consegna di questa "famosa poltrona", dopo 2 mesi il mio cucciolo di cane ha pensato bene di rosicchiare il filo del comando, fatto richiesta all'incarico e poi all'azienda, mi dicono di fare un bonifico di 150euro per un comando.... avrebbero potuto regalarlo viste le recensioni negative....
Ma per fortuna c'è 'google' che mi ha fatto trovare il comando identico ma alla cifra di 58,56euro... 150? Per cosa? visto che dove l'ho acquistato hanno il loro guadagno spendendo meno della metà.
Penso alla poca serietà professionale considerando anche che l'incaricato non sa cos'è la cortesia e gentilezza.

Il 12/12/23 faccio l'ordine di un massaggiatore da circa 300€.Il 25/12/23 come da contratto segnalo che vorrei fare un reso. Dopo centinaia di interazioni tra chat, telefonate e tanta pazienza riesco ad ottenere il reso esattamente 2 mesi dopo. So che non si devono fare i paragano ma Amazon ci impiega 2 giorni.
L'azienda ha un problema di comunicazione e gestione dei corrieri e amministrazione e dovrebbe migliorare questi aspetti. Metto due stelle perchè il reso l'ho ricevuto anche se al netto delle spedizioni.

Le mie poltrone ( ne ho due ) garanzia ancora in corso , non è passato neanche un anno…. E’ dal 3 marzo che cerco di farmele aggiustare ! Dopo varie lettere, mail, telefonate silenzio assoluto !!!

I ordered a product from this company and it didn’t do as it was suppose to so I sent it back straight away using the postage they provided. It took some weeks before I got a partial refund, they held back £20 due to returns of 1-4%. This does not equate to £20 as the item was £299.99. They then claimed the parcel was damaged, this was not the case when it left me. Fortunately Pay Pal refunded me the rest of the amount, they were extremely helpful and I’m thankful to them. BE WARNED - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD AND THEIR PRODUCT DOES PERFORM AS IT SAYS IT SHOULD
