the messy bit was Cashout block after bank statement: KYC asked for the same utility bill again after 3 minutes before withdrawal. Bonus screen changed during the same login after another refresh.??

The balance display caught me out

The balance display caught me out. On a cracked-screen tablet it updated a beat behind the spin, so twice I bet more than I meant to because the number was stale. Small bug, but with real money it's not nothing. Mentioned it and got 'try clearing your cache'. Cheers for that.

Checked twice

Checked twice, Email thread #49740: the reply with Neteller answered the wrong issue, not the cashout. Support reply hid the failed payment note while I waited for live chat.

after login

after login, Casino receipt #8927 showed it clearly: the casino history with PayPal lost the payout row after refresh. Cashier screen sent me back to chat with nothing useful in messages.

what bothers me is the sequencing…

what bothers me is the sequencing rather than the checks.
every operator asks for documents and that is fine.
this one asks at the exact moment your money is waiting, which makes the wait for a document and the wait for a payout the same wait.
mine ran twelve days. asked twice whether the KYC can be done up front, before any deposit, and was told twice that it is not currently offered.
so the delay is a design choice, which makes it much harder to be patient about.

mate, i expected an ordinary casino experience and got constant friction instead ... Even simple tasks took several attempts, after another login that evening.
