Responsive and professional team

I had a great experience with their trademark services for both the US and EU. The team was responsive, professional, and guided me clearly through each step of the process. They made what could have been a complicated filing feel straightforward and efficient.

I have 1 case that needs intensive care…

I have 1 case that needs intensive care on this Canada trademark that I've applied with them. They are very unresponsive on whatsapp and continuously say they will provide within the hour / day / 30 mins etc.

Given them many weeks and months to update to CIIPO.
Need solution or refund.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They contacted my company and said they were willing to help us deal with a trademark (FebBox) dispute. After I paid $500, they did not appear in court on time and did not respond to emails.

The $500 fee you paid was specifically for drafting and filing a counterstatement in response to an opposition against your trademark application at the USPTO. This fee covered the preparation and submission of necessary legal documents within the required deadlines, and we confirmed the successful filing of your counterstatement.

It is important to note that this fee did not include additional stages of the opposition process such as discovery, depositions, the final hearing, or settlement negotiations, which are handled separately and have their own costs.

Our communication with you was facilitated through the agency that connected you to our firm, which was responsible for keeping you updated about all developments. We have documentation confirming that we informed the agency of the subsequent steps and associated costs after filing the counterstatement. Regrettably, it seems there was a breakdown in communication from the agency to you, which led to your understandable frustration.

Speed and professionalism

The speed with which they manage the trademark registration. They have communicated with me very quickly for each issue to be discussed, they have always done so in a very cordial and professional manner and everything was resolved very quickly.
