Great service received! I was very impressed by the training they provided my new VA, the assistance they offered me to systemise an area of my business that was causing me stress and the entire process we went through from start to finish. Highly recommend GVAS to anyone looking to outsource to VAs.

the company is run by a bunch of missleading people. they take your initial money £500+ for training, but it was later told that the va has had previous expereince and was a va for someone else within global va. so what was my initial money used for and why did that take 6 weeks? their rule about free replacement is not true, they will lie and long it out and make excuses here and there and will ultimately never give you the replacement even when requesting within their set time. by this time they have been clever and taken so long to respond and deal with your issue saying' i will speak to x' than it is too late for the bank to even help you out. if you are an amazon seller AVOID AT ALL COSTS and find another va provider. the only good reviews from this company are from the VA's, not the sellers... clearly shows something. read the other seller reviews, they have had experience like myself.terrible company with even worse customer service and very deceitful. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend if you are after a VA for your business.

I hired a VA and spent Over £500 and it was going well for a couple of months then my VA decided to resign with NO notice. I took this up with Global VA Solutions and their customer support was awful.... I asked for a replacement VA and was told they would offer me a 15% discount for another VA so they wanted me to pay them another £400. Avoid this company at all costs. Just take your money and leave you in the dark.
