A nice agent helped me with my claim. I appreciate the information received from the agent.

Customer service was a big help. I had trouble getting into my account, since the website had changed and I needed to set up my account. She helped me on how to format the account numbers, and how to add one account that was charging monthly and walked me thru on how to change it to annual payment. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciated it very much.

I have 3 Policys with them for over 20 years, and I have always recived Great customer service fot all the staff.
This is a Great Company,, Hat's off to the whole staff.

Trying to surrender a policy and have had 3 conversations on the phone with different customer service representatives. They were very nice but I gave them all the same information and still told I needed to send a "letter of surrender". When they answer the phone they say its being recorded so why can't they see the information from previous conversations? Seems this process shouldn't be so complicated. Is my information safe???

I had 4 policys with Globe Ins. for my grandchildren and have had them for 20 yrs. I just stopped paying on them. Six months past and they sent me a bill showing where it was a loan for my policies and they had taken the money out plus interest of the money that you can cash your policys in, if they are old enough. So I cancel my policys and cashed them in.

A terrible customer service agent. This girl kept bugging me about keeping an account that I already decided to close before I placed the call. After wasting more than 30 minutes on the phone with her she pretentiously told me that she had closed the account. After 24 hours the account is still saying "Active, next payment in 20 days". Can you imagine that.

The representative was so very kind and professional. He listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. I wish I could get a representative like him in all my calls to different companies.He went outside of the box to Help me.

Reporting them to NAIC as well, but this company is a scam. Our grandfather recently passed and had life insurance policies for his children and grandchildren. Globe REFUSED to stop taking payment from his bank account even after receiving his death certificate and will not allow the policies to be canceled. Ridiculous

Yes I've been with global life for many years lately I've been paying my premium on time and I don't know what's going on but they collect the money from the bank but they keep saying my premium is not paying this is the third time that's happening to me they even close the mic and my I'll come and I have to reopen it because this is an issue I don't think they fix this issue causse I restore restore my policy keep paying but I still having the same issue I don't understand why I would gladly find want to find out what's going on why I keep having this issue

The representative was very helpful about the forms to sign. I was impressed, also, about the attention to HIPAA privacy compliance.

My customer service rep lady was amazing she was just super amazing they're always so good to me with Globe Life I really appreciate it I've been with them for 15 years now and I have not had a bad experience to date

You never told me that whole life ment I pay untill my children are dead or 100 years old!!! What a deception!!

This was the third time dealing with Global but I was able to get what I needed done. This interaction was better than the first two. I was frustrated when I called but calmed down because everything went smoothly.

Ms. Lucy is who took my call and she was very professional and great customer service making a payment. It was nice talking to an actual person.

The agent was able to answer my question and explain the benefits of my policy. She was patient, kind, and professional.

The front end kept asking me the same questions (I think four times) Finally got a hold of someone who could update my payment method (new credit card). This is something that someone logged into your website should be able to do without help from a person.

Every thing I needed was taken care of of and with no issues

The female representative I spoke with was able to answer all my questions and is sending the necessary forms to make changes on each of my policies. She really was fantastic, kind, caring, pleasant, and efficient.
