The product works extremely well, never had an issue! Customer service is fantastic and super easy to work will. All emails were replied to immediately! A+ Hotspot!

I am very, very happy with my Globlinker purchase. The product and the company's customer service have been fantastic. I like it so much, I recently bought another one, which I am waiting to arrive.Before buying my first Globlinker, I had bought a competitor's product on Amazon. The device cost two to three times as much and provides half as much free data per month as the Globlinker. Thank you very, very much Globlinker!

Used one of their portable wifi hotspots and didn't have any issues. When I accidentally ordered too much, their customer service team immediately issued a refund.

Very happy with the device. My wife works from home and sometimes while traveling. While traveling we used our hotspots on our cell phones in the past and she would get kicked out and have to log back in several times per trip. Since purchasing Globlinker the connection is much more stable. The fact they give you 2 gb’s per month for life free made this purchase a great value in my opinion. Customer service is also great and respond quickly to any questions.

I purchased this not expecting much. I was brought up with the saying, “if it seems too good to be, true it is” but every now and then you find something that lives up to the hype. And this is the first product in a while that has for me. I waited a few months to write this just to be sure. The battery lasts a couple days running constantly, it is very light weight which makes it perfect for travel and customer service responds promptly, even when it’s just a question (I know because I’m not tech savvy so I’ve asked a few questions). I don’t have a single complaint! And for anyone that knows me, that’s rare 😁

Great product. Honest company that was there to help me set it up withing minutes. The device is actually so easy to set up I got confused but it turned out it was already set up . And yes I do get 2gb free per month. Great device. buy it. Matty B

I am using my Globlinker device so I can have internet access at my cottage in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan while I am not there in the winter, that way I don't need to pay a monthly internet bill. I have one little camera up there to keep an eye on things, it attaches to the Globlink Wifi and I can see it quickly and reliably! I had two small hiccups, one my fault and it was resolved by a neighbor up there, but Globlink pointed me in the right direction to solve it. The second one was when my device connected to a Canadian tower, since I didn't have a Canadian data package, it turned itself off. The guys at Globlink figured this out, and without me asking, added Canadian data to my plan at no extra cost in case it jumped towers again!! It has been seamless ever since. I plan on using it for much more than my cottage this summer as I travel a bit more. Top notch service and performance for me.

My experience with Globlinker has been outstanding. I live in a rural area where cell signal is weak and hasn't been consistent using Globlinker, so it's not great at home (I have other wifi anyway) but I purchased it to use while I travel in the US. Recently I used the device for several days and found the the wifi ready and available every time I needed it. It is super convenient, easy to use and customer service is beyond compare. With the accumulated data, reasonable data plans, flexibility and the amazingly responsive support team I foresee it being helpful in many situations. I feel more secure using this as opposed to public wifi.

As an IT professional I love this product. Hotel and public wifi often blocks certain services and ports. No issues using Globlinker. One time cost with no recurring charges seems too good to be true. Well worth the price.

I have owned it for just over a month.
I have been traveling around Europe using it. I started using it in Amsterdam then went to Barcelona and France and then back to Amsterdam and all around the Netherlands it worked fantastic
I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how well it worked.
If you are thinking about buying one it's worth it! I highly recommend it.

Amazing and easy to use! I travel full time in my RV and work remotely so internet is key. I use starlink but also like having some redundancy options because wifi is so important. This worked as soon as I turned it on. I also love the concept because it's perfect for someone like me who doesn't need internet every single month, so the fact it accrues is so useful AND the fact there's no monthly charge? I haven't seen any other provider do that, so i'll be more than than happy to pay when I need more data!

I used up all my data overseas. I email globlinker for more data and they respond within 5 minutes and set me up with additional gb's. They were a lifesaver. Quickest , fastest response. Now I can enjoy the rest of my trip with no worries. Everyone should be using this service

I bought Globlinker to use on an extended trip abroad and have been very happy with my purchase.

Their customer support team is excellent. They respond very quickly and are very flexible. It seems like their main rule is to make the customer happy and give the most value for money.

I was traveling to the Philippines and Japan and asked to convert my free starter US data pack and they gladly split it between the two countries. With conversion from USA data I even ended up with more data! Adding data was super easy, and if you need to tweak anything in your plan it seems all you need to do is ask, give them details and they'll take care of it.

The account dashboard you get once you've registered your device is very helpful in monitoring usage and data remaining.

As for the device itself, it has been very reliable even in remote areas where coverage might be spotty with an esim. My experience with the device has been much better than with the esims I used on previous trips abroad (Thailand and the Philippines).

Kudos to the Globlinker team for a great product and the high level of personalized customer care that is very rare these days.

I ordered the device and received it quickly. The set-up was straight forward. When i activated I did not receive the free initial data so I contacted Customer Service. They were very quick to reply and set everything up for me. The device works well so far.

Had what I personally thought was a problem however the help i received was awsom and fast thank you globlinker

I live in a mountainous area with poor cell service, after receiving my Globlinker, I followed the instruction manual for updating the software which is very simple. After the update I tested the Globlinker in all the areas where I have 0-1 bar on my phone and found that the Globlinker had 3-4 bars. I immediately connected my phone to the Globlinker device and found that the speed is really good. I recommend ordering a Globlinker and give it a try, if you have any issues contact Globlinker customer service like I did and they responded and answered all my questions.

Purchased this device for a trip spanning across different countries and instead of purchasing different e-sims, I found it convenient to purchase just 1 device which can be shared by me and my husband. Worked well across all countries visited and support was phenomenal!

Not only is the gizmo itself amazing and work exactly as advertised, but their customer service is unparalleled! I found this product right before an international trip, and Charlie from customer service helped me get a globlinker faster than normal as well as activation and getting me some data for the country we were going to, all within a few days. Emails answered instantly and it worked right out of the box. So far, so good!

I have not had any issues with this device. I used my free data and have had to purchase data without any hiccups. We camp where there isn't free wifi and this device has provided internet when we have needed it.
