Cost to return (I have to pay) and replace (they charge $10 for shipping is more than the defective part. HORRIBLE. I will not buy from them again.

For the slide. They did not send the optic. A couple of emails (which were answered promptly) rectified the situation. Received the optic about one week later. Understandably they had to go through inventory and see if there was one extra optic. Indeed there was. I do not fault them for that as anyone could remove an optic and say they never recieved one. Overall a mostly positive experience.

Sent two slide in for the C Cut. Took a little longer they got slammed with slides and had power issues. Let to a Customer Service nightmare, but once i got through all was handled well, Both slides came back looking great. Would use them again/

I ordered a couple items that said they were in stock. After over a week the items hadnât shipped. I emailed them and they told me theyâd bump my order to the top. A week later, one of my two items shipped. I emailed them again saying I wanted to cancel the item. Never got a response. A month later the item shows up at my house and I get billed for it. Emailed them again expressing my displeasure and never heard anything back. Awful company! Awful customer service!

This company won't answer there phones for customer service, they charge for parts not ordered nor received. They want you to leave an email they won't answer or a phone message on there answering machine that is filled up with messages to correct flagrant credit card charges. Simply emailed them to ask if certain items could be shipped to Canada. No response for two weeks now. Guess that they don't need my business even though I had about $1,100 worth of products in my basket, ready to be purchased..
Glockstore Customer Service Doesn't Exist
I purchased accent pieces for my Glock 19 Gen5 in November and December. On the website all the pieces had the same color blue. When I received the pieces they were all different shades of blue. After over a month of emails and voicemails no one has gotten back to me. Can't even get an authorization to return the items. Would never recommend this business.

I too sent in a slide and barrel for the 10 day optic cut. I did receive a email from them stating they received my slide/barrel and would begin the work. Numerous weeks went by with no communication. I sent numerous emails with no response and attempt numerous phone calls to which I was hung up on with no responses. Finally, I received a email back from them stating they never received my parts. I have sent them the emails, tracking from FedEx and the name of the employee that signed for the items. Again, multiple emails and phone calls and no responses. Not only have they charged me for the work but have my slide a barrel and I can get no answers. Do not use them! I am an Armor for a major state LE agency that uses Glocks, guess where I wonât be doing business with and I will recommend other donât as well.

Be wary of the "10 Day" optic/slide cut advertising.
I purchased the 10 day "C" cut. Per instructions, I sent the slide and barrel via Fed Ex shipping, insured and tracked. FedEx indicated the slide was delivered on December 1st (2 day shipping).
After 10 business days, I had heard nothing about the status of my order. I sent several emails requesting a status. If it was going to take longer, I would have been ok with it, I was just looking for communication. There was no way to speak to someone through the customer service number found on the website. Messages were not allowed and the pre-recorded message advised to send an email that would be responded too within 5 days. Never received a response to any of 3 emails.
I finally called the retail order telephone number and was able to speak to someone. They claimed the shipping package was not received until December 6th. 5 days after the shipper reporting delivery. Ok!! That would put completing the order by December 19th and a couple of days for shipping. The 23rd came and passed. Still no updates or confirmations. I continued to send emails and make calls for an update. The slide arrived on January 2nd. So an advertised 10-day program is actually 25 business days. I understand delays can happen, but I expect communication. So the Glock Store gets an "F" in customer service. However, I am pleased with the actual work so far. The reason for 2 stars.

Shipping sucks, trigger is great
Shipping sucks but what do you expect from usps. The trigger it's self is great. Oem parts polished with the corners knocked down. Trigger breaks at 3.1 to 3.7lbs. The average is 3.4lbs. Nice reset, and engagement. The skimmer that I received was better than expected. I will by another trigger soon

I would never use this site, if itâs too good to be true than it isnât. Stay away from glockstore.com, Iâm not even sure theyâre even a real company, itâs my first time using them.

Placed an order online at glockstore.com on 10/31. Five of six items ordered arrived and order is marked partially fulfilled. Emailed inquiring about order status, most recently on 11/14. No response. Phone calls sit on hold for 10 minutes and then line is disconnected. I guess I'm out the $104.99 for the part I didn't receive. I hoped for better from one of the largest Glock dealers in the world. Buyer beware.
