I don’t think there’s enough room for me to write about my amazing experience with this company!! I reached out to them as I had ordered two products and one came half full as it leaked out in the bag. But thank God for Rio!!!
immediately Rio responded and took care of the issue right away. Hands down for whoever hired Rio the best in the business. The best in customer service appreciate the prompt response. I will definitely be ordering more in the future love small companies, they go the extra mile.

My first order was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I reached out to customer service and they were exceptional in rectifying the issue. Elyka went above and beyond for me. Making sure that all my information was correct so a reshipment could be make. They have a new repeated customer.

I really enjoy my turmeric lip balm. Just recently ordered the African net sponge and it’s amazing! I’m a forever customer!

I recently placed a new order and the shipping address was my old address. I reached out to customer support to ask if they could please update my address, and the experience was amazing. Rio was awesome and made sure to keep me updated on the address change. If you have not ordered, please do. The products are amazing!!

I’m loving every product I have received! I can see a difference from day one to day 14. I have never been this level of satisfied with a skincare product! I love how none of the creams or oils leave my skin feeling oily. I sweat easily and a lot however, Glo Melanin doesn’t trigger sweating like crazy.

i purchased a turmeric face bar off from GloMelanin before and didn’t keep up with it, but i saw a huge difference after just a few days. the deals are great, the lip balm keeps my lips soft and hydrated, and the turmeric face wash brush is soft but effective. a reliable company AND black owned, which is a huge plus :).

I got the soap asking with the lip balm and this has totally changed my life! I tried everything to get rid of my skin discoloration and nothing seems to work but this soap and lip balm is amazing!!! If you use is exactly as instructed if will work! I can't believe the difference in my skin! I just send before and after pics to my daughter's to see the difference in my face, it unbelievable! Love it!!!

After my first purchase of the skincare kit I have to leave a "Glo"ing review!! Initially I was a little worried because I received notification that my kit had delivered but it was nowhere in sight. I contacted the customer care department and received a quick and helpful response from their representative Elyka. She was so kind and her customer service was great (and that is so hard to come by these days) Luckily, I was able to locate the package and used some of the products immediately!! The tumeric soap and face cream feel so great on my sensitive skin. I can't wait to see the long term results of using these products. Thanks so much for giving us great product options to use on our beautiful melanin skin!!!!! :)
