I want to Thank Elyka for her great customer service and help

I had a lost shipment so I reached out to Glo Melanin to inquire. Rio promptly handled my concerns and had a new shipment headed my way in record time! Thank you Rio, and Glo Melanin for caring about your customers and standing behind your products!

Elyka was very prompt in responding to my emails. She thoroughly explained what I was confused and concerned about. She also showed compassion and respect when helping me.

I was introduced to Glo Melanin through an instagram feed. I liked the animation that informed viewers on melanin skin (what causes acne and or dark spots). It was creative and informative. What keeps me as a customer is my interaction with Elyka.

After purchasing my bundle I was concerned it wasn’t working. In my head I wanted immediate results. Elyka took the time in her response to meet me where I was, educate me on the process/journey of skin care and level set my expectations. Elyka’s response time was timely (check spam!). Through email -she presented warm, knowledgeable and understanding. Our brief interaction helped me to stay committed to the process.

With Elyka’s recommendations I made some tweaks. I really enjoy the soap, serum, corrector cream, moisturizer and now the SPF protection. My face feels light and is not “oily”. I have very oily skin but these products are literally light. A little goes a long way with each product.

I eventually signed up for the VIP membership. As Elyka mentioned, it takes time to transition into a new skin care routine. I enjoy using the all the products.

Good stuff I love it and it’s almost a week in and my skin is looking even better every time I use it. Wish the products came in bigger sizes but a little goes a long way.

Rio in customer service was great. Very helpful, great communication and very quick at responding in helping me with an order that was lost or stolen.

First of all, i want to say i love my Go Melanin products. My skin is clean and smooth. I ordered the soap and the bundle for my face.
I received the soap this past weekend and not the bundle as noted. I emailed Elyka to express my concern and she immediately responded back. I appreciate her rapid response and concern. I finally got my package on Monday.
