The product arrived on time. I have only used the product a week now and haven't seen much difference yet. However I am hopeful it will give me a confidence boost. The price was extremely reasonable. After 30 days of use, i will rewrite and update on my process

Be very careful giving this company your Credit Card Information. Without your permission they will charge you monthly charges of $16.04. I had to call my Credit Card Company to stop this charge from occurring monthly. Plus they were not sending additional products just taking money from my account. I do not want any additional products please.

The products speaks for themselves with the amazing results you will receive, but I want to brag on their amazing customer service. I had an issue with my shipping address and my product was returned to the company. Once I let them know it was on its way and explained what happened. I was quickly connected with a representative name Rio, that quickly update my address and ensured me that I would receive my product. I received my new tracking info as soon as it was resent out and Rio kept in touch throughout it all. I am definitely a happy customer!

In reaching out to request a refund Nia and Elijah were very responsive. Elyka was very helpful in answering my questions and getting the information and instructions I needed to properly complete the process for a full refund. She was very courteous and personable. After purchasing one of this company's products through Amazon, I unfortunately discovered that it did not agree with me due to my allergies. Naturally, I was disappointed, and because I had not purchased directly from the company's website, I assumed there would be very little they could do to help.

I came across their website after reading ai generated products from other websites but when saw their products made with real and simple products that works on black people skin and generated especially for black skin, I stopped immediately, Supper products. I needed to purchase it straight away, that I even ordered two by mistake but that was sorted by Elyka when contacted thecompany. The order came quickly and was delivered 3 days🙌 I was so happy because I used it the same evening and had immediate result in my skin tone. Brightness and softness was clearly noted. It's hard to find real products that works nowadays. I ordered the whole set and is worth every penny because of its quality. Fantastic lip product.

With many lip products on the market that I've tried over a lifetime, this one ranks high for being moisturizing, aromatic, with beautiful unique packaging. if used per the instructions results are obvious.
The staff is quite responsive and highly professional, Elyka in particular has been great!
Customer service can make or break a company reputation. No need to be concerned on that score. Glo Melanin has you covered ;-)

Will reorder as gifts.

The glomelanin turmeric dark spot removal scrub definitely disappointed me. The container was very tiny, especially for the price. The container is smaller than the palm of my hands and my hands are pretty small. The product inside the container did not offset the insulting size. I used the product as they directed but the smell was not pleasant at all. Also, the product is strictly for dark spots. If you have eczema, sensitive skin, or your skin is already irritated in any way the sea salt in the product will irritate your skin. I had high hopes for this brand especially since they are marketing towards people with melanated skin. Hopefully their other products are better, but I will not be a returning customer.

The texture is good not too thick or thin. Smells great and is a great value.
