Expensive and don't enter late.
I entered late for a Gravel event, the system was happy to take my money but did not send me the route file, I also did not receive the results via email, the same email address that was used to relieve me of the entry fee, when signing on there was no record of my entry event though I had an Apple Wallet pass, I was asked for my name and given a number (with timing chip) and sent on my way, I have since asked for the results etc via email to no avail, I've also since learned that they are not unaccustomed to ignoring complaints as there are a fair few on their FB page, although the event was in itself well organised and the staff helpful and friendly, the entry fee is very high given the quality of the food on offer and the lack of communication for late entrants.
