Fast shipping, great service - thanks so much!

Very poor customer service. Waited 4 working days to tell me the 2 cases of gloves I ordered are not available and ask would I like an alternative. They don't bother suggesting an alternative that matches the product they won't be sending, just ask if I'd like the mysterious alternative or a refund, at nearly 2pm on a Friday afternoon, when the gloves were ordered on Monday evening!! I now urgently need the gloves they've waited 4 days to tell me aren't coming! So I ask for the order to be cancelled and the money refunded, did Hannah bother doing this before the end of the day Friday? No she didn't, she replied to say she'd refund the money and the pissed of home for the weekend! Completely deliberately I'm sure. So this crap company now have my money until next week. The gloves I had to order urgently on a Friday afternoon from a much better supplier are already with a courier on their way to me! Don't waste your time with this company, there's far better suppliers who actually want and deserve your business out there! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I have emailed twice and had no response the last order wasn’t good, had a lot of gloves just breaking when being put on and some gloves had little fingers stuck together with what seemed like quite a hard product

I use these gloves for light gardening(i.e. mixing soil, filling pots, planting many plants in pots, and gathering up of weeds, etc) - and because waterproof and strong compared to other latex gloves - I never worry about them tearing.

It is a pleasure to leave a five star review.
