We love Glove! They planned a great trip for us but they shined brightly when they fixed a massive logistics problem caused by our inbound flight being 10 hours late to BA. They rebooked flights, got us a new hotel, arranged for crazy early transfers and, in the end, we arrived miraculously in Southern Patagonia in time for the first day of our trip! They were very caring and attentive to detail pulling out the stops to make sure we were happy. I would definitely use them for our next journey to South America!

From planning to execution the team at Globe ensured our trip to Chile was an incredibly memorable experience. We toured Santiago, hiked in Patagonia (from Eco Camp), toured the Atacama Desert, relaxed in the Clos Apalta winery. All of it first-rate. When small wobbles happened (like me forgetting my camera at a hotel) they made sure it came back to me. The guides were knowledgable and friendly (special kudos to Sebastian in the Atacama). The hotels all top-notch. Would recommend them without reservation.

Josefina followed us on our journey and kept us informed to the minute if there were any changes or delays (of which there were very few). We very much appreciated their selection of hotels. It would have been difficult for us "first timers" to have had such knowledge. We will use them again in future travels to South America.

Glove Travel takes a personal interest in developing outstanding tours for their clients. From the founder down through the van drivers, they are efficient, professional, warm, enthusiastic, quick to return calls and answer questions, and ready to step in at a minute’s notice to help with travel issues totally unrelated to the Glove Travel assignment. This past engagement with Glove was our second experience and certainly not the last.

We have used travel agents around the world and can only wish that Glove Travel had operations in some of our other destinations. We would use and recommend them in an instant!

We would highly recommend using Glove for travel arrangements in South America! My wife and I recently traveled to Santiago, Chile, for a few days, followed by an incredible skiing experience in Argentina, visiting some remote and adventurous destinations. Lucas from Glove was instrumental in helping us plan every detail of this unforgettable trip.

Lucas went above and beyond, assisting with everything from booking our flights and arranging transportation to organizing top-notch lodging and guided backcountry skiing experiences. He was always available and responsive whenever we had questions or needed to make last-minute changes to our itinerary. His deep knowledge of the ski areas and local logistics was invaluable, and it made us feel both excited and safe despite visiting some challenging locations.

Lucas @ Glove Travel helped us plan a great Chilean ski trip, which included all the transfers between Santiago, Valle Nevado, Ski Portillo and Ski Arpa.

What a great stress free trip knowing everything was taken care of and we had Lucas to help coordinate w/ drivers when plans changed (like modifying pickup/drop off times).

Would definitely travel w/ Glove again in the future!

I was catskiing in Arpa early September and was a great experience again. My third time and as always it was amazing to enjoy that great ski area. The crew was nice and competent from the beginning until the assado time after the ski.
Lucas from Glove was very friendly and helpful during the entire booking.
The only downside is that we can stay overnight on the mountain. It would be great to sleep close to the sky and do the same next morning.

Had fantastic time skiing at Portillo and Arpa with a group of 7 friends. Everything was organized as promised, transportation on time, great accommodations and guides. Lucas did regular check ins and made sure everything runs smooth. Overall great experience!

Lucas Malaret of Glove Travel helped me book our trip. Started with booking the Cat Skiing with Ski Arpa (which was fantastic, the crew and guides were amazing). I had Lucas book the Valle Nevado part as well as he was so easy to work with. He arranged for the ground transportation for the whole trip. Some of our group wanted to modify a part of the trip and Glove made that happen as well. Definitely recommend and would use again. Also Lucas kept in touch during the trip to make sure it was all going well.

We had an amazing experience with Glove Travel and Lucas. I had an unexpected window of time so my brother and I bought plane tickets to Santiago, Chile with plan to ski last minute.

We could not find a hotel and our plans were a mess until we found Glove Travel. Lucas was so helpful and got us everything we needed. Once we were it Chile he was amazing, giving us real time advice and helping when our plans changed.

Ski Arpa in particular was an absolutely amazing experience :)

I recently returned from a group trip organized by Glove Travel for a total of nine people. They helped organize a trip down to Patagonia and then back up through Santiago for a few days of relaxation and wine tasting. Their recommendations and advice were extremely helpful for selecting activities and locations. Everything was coordinated and organized perfectly. We had such a good trip, thoroughly enjoyed discovering Chile. Silvia, Angie, Francesca were terrific. Silvia's guidance for getting the most of our Chile trip was perfect. Angie's daily guidance with private guide names, pickup times, required documentation gave me complete confidence. Private guides were energetic, knowledgeable, personable, tailored our time to our interests and capabilities. Angie and Francesca turned on a dime and arranged for the changes we requested in our Patagonia visit, the day before our visit.

I am happy to give a 5 star review to the team at Glove travel who helped us arrange two amazing trips to Chile (2023) and Uruguay (2024). Their attention to detail, ability to listen to what we wanted to achieve on our trip and then recommend excellent places and activities to match, their responsiveness not only while planning the trip but while we were in country - all differentiated them from other travel companies we have worked with in the past. We would highly recommend Glove for anyone traveling in S.America.

We just returned from an incredible 16-day journey to Patagonia including Buenos Aires, El Chalten, El Calafate, Torres del Paine, Rio Serrano, and Santiago. Sylvia and Angeles (Angie) did an outstanding job creating a seamless itinerary with all of the very specific activities that we wanted – iconic hikes in Fitzroy & Torres del Paine, kayaking and mini-ice trekking the Perito Moreno Glacier, fly fishing Lago Roca, horseback riding at Eolo Patagonia, 2 days of extraordinary puma tracking as well as horseback riding and fishing at Rio Serrano. They took the time to understand our interests and worked diligently to secure the necessary bookings. We also relied on their personal advice and experience regarding hotel choices and feel that we achieved the perfect balance of luxury accommodations that were as close to our activities as possible. We are recommending Glove Travel to all of our family and friends and hope to work with them again soon.

Loved our Trip to Chile planned by Glove Travek!

We just returned from a month traveling in the lakes district of Chile and then in both Chilean and Argentinian Patagonia, all planned by Silvia and Angie at Glove Travel. We are seasoned travelers but hadn't traveled in South American before. We explained the kind of self-guided hiking trips we wanted to do, what we liked and how we liked to travel. Silvia and Angie were great listeners and put together an amazing trip following our wishes. They were very knowledgeable and found great places for us to stay, a number of which we wouldn't have found on our own. They arranged hotels, local flights, car rentals and transfers and all went like clockwork. They were extremely responsive, answering our questions quickly during the trip and responded on weekends and holidays. We traveled independently but felt very supported throughout our trip. Silvia and Angie were lovely people, clearly invested in the success of our trip and the nature of our experience. Top travel agencies are generally good in a variety of the multiple facets of a journey. But very rarely do they truly excel in the planning, execution, and communications. From our first contact with a rough idea of where and what we wanted to do all the way through to the final post-trip performance inquiries, Glove Travel was exemplary across the board.

Their staff, primarily Silvia and Angie, were personable, professional, knowledgeable, and just real pleasures to deal with. The guides, drivers, and accommodations they arranged were equally exceptional!

It’s too bad there aren’t 10 stars to mark our appreciation and thanks for a great experience.
