They’ll take your money, not send the product and then ignore your emails!

These gummies are a scam. They are just lollies. There is NO affect from them. I asked for a refund but they offered me 15% off my next purchase of a failed product. Very dissatisfied.

I didn’t read any reviews before I purchased the mushroom gummies . And glad I didn’t as I wouldn’t have purchased them , and that would have been a mistake . I really rate them , they taste great and I definitely feel calmer but with more energy. A little slack with delivery on the first order but have since ordered twice more and have had no problem! I’m now on my 6th bag and will order again today so next bags arrive before I run out !!

I'm so disappointed in myself for purchasing this product!

I did receive one packet (I fell for the extra savings and ordered 2), and I have sent multiple emails to the company with no reply. I let them know that I was initiating a charge-back through my bank to get my money back and NOW they are (apparently) sending out the second bag, which I absolutely don't want.

I hope other people are smarter than me and do better research before wasting their money! Do not purchase, it's a scam for sure

Company big on fast delivery 3-7days but mine still coming from China been waiting 2 weeks now may not even come.
Company making big claims about Australian owned and Australian stocked but no mention of Made in CHINA

Do not engage with this company, absolute scam.
I placed an order 5/1/26, received an email notification with tracking details on 14th but order never came. Tracking didn’t lead anywhere but eventually found through AusPost. Parcel sent to wrong name, address, number.
I’ve tried to contact Glow-bites for over a month across different platforms, not once did I get a response. The phone number just rings out, no one ever answers and no voicemail.
Total scam - DO NOT PURCHASE

I placed an order on 20/01/26.
After paying for it, an offer came up to get an extra bag of gummies for reduced price. I agreed, and then got charged the extra amount.
My original order came in the post a few days after, but the extra bag never arrived.
I contacted Glow-bites who initially replied saying it will be coming, just wait another couple of days.
Now they no longer reply to my emails or instagram msgs, reading them but ignoring me.

Do not fall for the extra offer - I feel like there is some glitch in their system where it doesn't get registered properly.
I know it was never sent out as I received tracking for the original products, and never got tracking for this one.

I understand mistakes happen but to just flat-out ignore me now is rude, unprofessional and just annoying tbh.
