I have a Glow -worm Ultimate 3 30C combi-boiler. In the eight years it has been in there has been four repairs carried out, two under warranty. It has failed two of it's last three services necessitating being 'made safe' - turned off awaiting repair. The last instance meaning we had no hot water or heating in early February. My communication with Glow-worm (Valiant) has been problematic. To my mind a poor product and poor customer service.

This service was great, very fast response time and the Engineer was brilliant. Glyn fixed the issue with no problem and provided lots of advice. He ensured all radiators and hot water was corrected before leaving. Very helpful as we are first time buyers.

Ben #151 came to repair our boiler. 5* service from kindness, knowledge, and respect to listening to the problem and willingness to help us. Thank you. Highly recommend, please pass on our thanks for his professionalism.

Engineer number 137 completed a excellent and efficient job on my glow worm boiler today, he followed all the safety procedures, was polite and respectful to the property and on top of that had my boiler working again in very efficient time. Have no complaints at all would highly recommend to anyone having issues with hot water/boiler.

The engineer #620 provided excellent service, arrived on time, was very friendly and fixed the fault. Couldn't be happier.

We were notified it would be a pm visit and we received a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Simon was efficient and pleasant and, thankfully, got our boiler working again.

Service was timely efficient and the technician was so polite.

Called the call centre and got through quickly. Call center staff was friendly and helpful.

Appointment.made.for following day. Ben #151 arrived and listened to my description of fault. He worked tidily and was courteous.
Replaced a few components and hopefully problem is fixed. Too early to know yet so fingers crossed 🤞🏾🙂

I had two different engineers out on two separate days and both Alistair and Matt Redgate were excellent. Firstly Alistair arranged for my heat exchanger to be replaced and Matt then came with the new exchanger to fit it. Unfortunately the wrong item had been ordered but rather than leave me without heating overnight he reordered and went to collect the correct item ensuring I was sorted on the same day- exceptional service. Both were highly personable and committed to delivering a first class experience.

Engineer turned up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fitted the necessary new parts quickly. Nice guy. Pity he could not have been scheduled a couple of months ago!

Had my boiler serviced today and problem solve for losing boiler pressure .
Mark was excellent ,friendly and very knowledgeable and located the fault and rectified quickly .

Fantastic service from the glow-worm gas central heating system, engineer. Todd was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with everything. Also, luckily the boiler was still under warranty. Marvellous
