The IPL Photofacial device is great: my skin glows and under-eye puffiness is greatly improved. Still waiting for age spots to disappear, but I think it said it takes months. The Veil oil afterwards is cooling and feels very nice.

I ordered the glass IPL photo facial tool to get rid of my sunspots and it has been working great so far.

If you order from Europe please be aware that the plug is a US plug.

I’ve been using this 4 times a week for 3 months for sun spots, with absolutely no change. I was hopeful, but pretty disappointed now.

I Purchased, my IPL for my daughter for her birthday when it came it was not working I contacted the company they went through everything with me. I sent a video and it still was not working. This company said they would send me a new one so grateful and would recommend this company to any and everyone for them guaranteeing their product. I paid for something and it wasn’t working and they were willing to send me a brand new one without a fight or a hassle of any kind

The oil is great! The scent I thought would end up being too much for me on first try, but it really was nothing to worry about, if anything it sends a nice calming end to the routine. I have not seen any negative effects due to it during my usage of the product, so I would certainly recommend!

I am very impressed with responsive, timely customer service. My order mistake got easily resolved. I have the editor recommended set and been using IPL for 2 weeks. It’s very easy and quick to use. I love the Liquid Repair Oil Veil. It makes my skin soft and smooth while preventing acne. Thank you Glow Atelier

Fourth try to write my review.

Ok, I made some changes to my routine as suggested by my dermatologist. And I know feel something when I use the Glass IPL Photofacial and I think I start to see a difference. What is certain, as it was expected, dark spots become darker. That is supposed to be temporary.

I don't have time to rewrite my review right now. I'll keep you all posted. What I said before concerning their customer service stays. But about the efficiency of the Glass IPL Photofacial, I may have to rethink my opinion.

First review: Glow Atelier insulted me saying my review was poor taste (I have proof of this). My review was removed because I didn't have time to provide proofs.

Second review, Glow Atelier flagged it as illegal and prejudiciable (I have proof of this). They definitly do not like negative reviews.

So, third try to make a review for the Glass IPL Photofacial from Glow Atelier, and I'll never ever quit trying simply because I think the company's customer service is aggressive in their way of dealing with unhappy clients. And keep in mind, if they give so much trouble to someone trying to leave a negative review, it's legetimate to ask yourself if there are some negative reviews that were never published.

First thing you need to know: NO RETURN POSSIBLE, even on UNOPENED items.

If you value your money, before you even think of buying Glass IPL Photofacial from Glow Atelier, do your researches and read reviews on TrustPilot and on other websites.

The Glass IPL Photofacial from Glow Atelier seems to be very cheap made and to me, looks very similar to what you can find on other websites for cheaper. Even at the strongest setting, nothing happens, just a very weak flash.
Tried few times, nothing happened. No change at all in the skin. It's been two weeks of use.

I contacted their customer service to ask precisions on how to use the product to make sure I was using it the right way because the directions that come with the item and those on their website are litte and far from being enough.

On their website, they say at one place to not use more than once a week and somewhere else, to use it 3 to 4 times a week. Their customer service told me 3 to 4 times a week. People at the company don't seem to agree on how to use their own product.

In conclusion: I do NOT RECOMMEND the Glass IPL Photofacial from Glow Atelier nor this company. I think you can find a much better product with a better customer service.

You do not need to believe me. Do your researches as I suggest and you'll see the others unbiaised reviews about the Glass IPL Photofacial from Glow Atelier. I also suggest that you have a look at all Glow Atelier's replies to the negative reviews on TrustPilot. To me, it seems their attitude becomes more aggressive with time.

I love using my Glow Atelier Liquid Repair Oil Veil every day, particularly during my gua sha routine. It creates a smooth glide across my skin. I eagerly anticipate the time to repurchase, and I won't have to wait too long since shipping is always fast and convenient.

I purchased their Liquid Repair Oil Veil a while ago and it exceeded my expectations! I have dry and sensitive skin and it has been a lifesaver with hydrating my skin and it hasnt made me breakout! I also recently purchased the Mizu Cica Gel and it has a really nice cooling effect and feels hydrating as well. I can tell a lot of care was put into the products and the packaging. I would definitely recommend and I plan to continue purchasing these.

I am new to the IPL facial device so I'm excited to see my results in a few months. I haven't found any other product like this that works for fading dark spots and killing acne. I really like the packaging and still keep the IPL in the box it came with. The facial oil is very soothing. I find i only need 2 drops as it's a bit heavy but very moisturizing.

I've been introduced to new Korean skincare brands through Glow Atelier, and there are bundles that make the shopping process less intimidating. They're also quick to respond, as I have emailed them with questions concerning my order, and have received prompt responses.

I have tried a handful of different facial oils over time and was pleasantly surprised at how well my skin took to this oil. The difference in the texture and smoothness in my face was a total game changer. Since it's worked so well on my face, I also use it as a body oil. I love how I don't get this sticky feeling other oils feel on my skin.

I’ve been ordering since the company began. I do like that Glow Atelier is coming out with their own products (I’ve bought them all and will continue) but I do miss them having Korean skincare available! I will continue to support this small business. Super fast shipping too!

I have a bit of sun damage and spider veins. I have tried a few different solutions to help with this and have recently found this IPL. I was happy to see that it also helps with hair removal. I've been using it for 2 months now and am very happy with the results. I've since tried a few other products like their oil and gel!

I am finishing my first Skin Oil Veil. I love it. I went from only nights to morning and night ; so I purchased two more !!! I just got the new Gel Veil and so far I love this too. I bought the IPL first. The packaging is great and it's comes in a reasonable if not promt timing. I think you will love the skin care line too. I hope that new products will be made !!!

I bought the Gold IPL a few weeks ago. I've used it a 2x a week for 4 weeks, and it's helped with my dark spots a lot! At first they got a bit darker, which scared me because I've never used anything like this before. But then I re-read the pamphlet and saw that this was totally normal because the pigment rises through the skin layers. I was so happy when then they faded away fully in the end after exfoliating and sticking to my routine. I'm now using it to treat other areas!

I purchased the original glass IPL photofacial Feb 2023 and I love it. So do my daughters so when I saw the updated model I purchased another and gave my daughters the original. My face literally feels completely different when I do a treatment. It feels glowy tighter and smoother. I also got the oil veil, roller and a few other products. I have to try the others out but the oil veil is amazing. Makes my skin so glowy. I started to run out and just got some more on my new order. A little goes a long way. I love my new IPL device but I loved the other one too. This one is even better. They have great prices with great sales and always throw in free products and I get everything shipped to me super speedy. If you’re thinking about trying their products.. stop thinking and just do it! You won’t regret it!
