Sorry to hear the brush hasn’t charged yet, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. In most cases, a full charge should be completed within a few hours. We recommend using the provided USB cable and trying a different power adapter or outlet, as that can sometimes make a difference.

We would like to note that our team has responded to your emails and provided guidance regarding the error code, as you also mentioned in your review. That said, it’s clear that the outcome and communication around the replacement did not feel satisfactory to you, and for that we sincerely apologise.

You are absolutely correct that all Glowcept styling tools are covered by a 12 month warranty, and a fault occurring within that period should be resolved without additional cost to you. The small price difference of £0.85 should not have been charged, and we will of course refund this amount to you.

This is not about goodwill gestures, but about making sure warranty cases are handled fairly and transparently. We regret that this was not clear in your experience.

Our team will ensure the £0.85 refund is processed and your case is properly closed.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to read this and understand your disappointment. To clarify, our 30 day trial refers to the money back guarantee, not the lifespan or support of the product.

All Glowcept electrical styling tools come with a 1 year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and faults like the one you describe. A product stopping after a month is absolutely not the standard we stand for.

It looks like there may have been a misunderstanding in the communication you received, and for that we sincerely apologise. We would very much like to review your case properly and work toward a fair resolution.

Second, our intention was never to ignore your request. In some cases, our team offers alternatives such as a replacement or partial refund to resolve issues faster, but you are always entitled to return your order in line with our policy. If this was unclear, we sincerely regret that.
