Glowday is the best!

As a practitioner I have used various different platforms to act as a booking system and write my clinical notes. Put simply, nothing compares to Glowday! It provides the basics and SO MUCH MORE!

For both client and practitioner use, the platform is both slick and smooth. I’d go as far to say it’s faultless and has exceeded all of my expectations of what it should do! Hannah is also fab and nothing is to much trouble for her!

Since day 1 of using the platform I’ve never looked back!

Ponzi Scheme. Avoid at all times.
They are illegally charging cards and backing unprofessional practitioners.
Natasha is extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and AVOID this company and her services at all times.

GlowDay has consistently shown itself to be a platform that is reliable and easy to navigate for both myself, as a clinic owner, and my patients.

Since I started my business, GlowDay has allowed my systems to be automated, which has heavily reduced my admin time, including patient reminders, consent forms and medical questionnaires. The collection of verified reviews has also been very helpful.

The built in software for recording clinical notes allows easy and convenient documentation without the requirement for keeping paper records. In addition to this, multiple patients have found my clinic using the search function and many of these have been ongoing, loyal patients.

The ability to customise aftercare and pre procedure instructions gives me reassurance that my patients are well informed and consented appropriately.

The treatment guides have served as a useful reference to give concise information about procedures which I regularly refer to as a quick guide for patients.

Hannah and the GlowDay team produce regular informative guides on how to run an aesthetics business and their insights regarding marketing have been invaluable to me.

The platform also has reinforced my confidence in terms of setting boundaries with patients for example cancellations and appointment confirmation which can otherwise initially be daunting.

Whenever minor issues have arisen, as there will be with any piece of software, Hannah has gone above and beyond to resolve them in a timely manner.

Overall I can highly recommend GlowDay as a platform and it has been integral for me scaling my business.

For consumers a way to search for practitioners with the reassurance their training, experience and insurance have been verified. All reviews are followed up so another layer of reassurance for people in an industry that is currently unregulated.

Visited the clinic saw Charlotte who made me very welcome. Explained treatments that would suit me and was under no obligation to have any treatments at the time of my visit. Had little botox i was nervous but was pain free. Booked in for another treatment

I'd considered having Botox for sometime, but decided to take the plunge last week. Having found a great local practitioner near me, I booked instantly and within a few days had received my treatment. Should have done it years ago. Great platform for finding a trusted professional.

Useless. Booked treatment with card details, once I received the treatment, they emailed their receipt to me, confirming payment made. But it hasn't. Two weeks later, they still haven't got their act together and taken the payment. Funds are waiting to be taken. Meanwhile, my practitioner is still waiting to be paid and we're both in limbo as to when glowday are going to get organised. Avoid them, and book and pay for treatments direct with your practitioner if possible!

Glowday is such an incredible platform, both for medical professionals and for potential clients and patients looking to get aesthetic treatments. It is a beautiful, brilliant platform, and is something that has been much needed in the unregulated medical aesthetics industry in the UK.
