I love their toners and will always be a glow recipe girl! I use other brands in my routine but I build it around my favorite glow recipe products. Their shipping and delivery leave a lot to be desired but they are always helpful with returns and applying discounts to orders for me.

I have to say that the website is terrible and so many pop ups and glitches but they really do have the best customer support people that is so quick to respond and help. most companies I wait 2,3,4 days for a reply but glow recipe replies right away, always helpful and cheery and convince me to keep shopping their less than perfect website

Guys I kid you not it’s actually ruined my skin. I’ve had the glow recipe for 2 months I got the moisturiser and it’s actually ruined my skin. Especially for the first month I was getting multiple massive boils all over my face and I still am now. It’s so upsetting genuinely as I’m only 16 so it was a lot of money for me as I was paying for it and I don’t wanna not use it as I can’t really afford to get another moisturiser. I am really devastated

Glow recipe always has the best products! My skin has never looked as glowy, soft and healthy as it has done since I began using glow recipe. I would highly recommend this brand, will always repurchase.

Glow Recipe is amazing! Their products are cute and effective, it made my dry skin non-existent, faded my dark spot and dullness to oblivion, and even added a nice glow I didn't think was possible. I can never walk out of Sephora without buying a product from them or at least admire their section. Their exclusive online products are a must have and it's even packed nicely like someone would do with a gift.
It'd be great if Glow considered expanding and had their own stores with a pastel theme!

I had an issue with my tier status not reflecting correctly on my Club Glow Rewards. I had 300+ points to be on the Dewy tier, but the website still said I was on the Bouncy tier for some reason. I sent an email to the customer service, and I was surprised!

Summer was such a lovely lady to help me fix this issue! She was super quick to reply, and she also notified the website team of the issue and updated my tier! Her customer service was exceptional, and I'm happy to know that Glow Recipe's customer service is in great hands!

Not only were they fast in getting back to me with an answer, but they were incredibly friendly and even gave me an extra bonus as a gift for having an issue in the first place. Really really awesome and unexpected, but if they didn't have my business before (which they did) they would now!

Would like to share my all in all very positive experience with Glow recipe. I’ve purchased several products and I’m impressed how my skin is already improving. Even my boyfriend started using my products. The customer service team is very friendly and offered me a great solution regarding a request I had. I would also like to thank Summer for sorting this out for me. No wonder the hype about this brand is real! Can’t wait to buy more things for the future. Highly recommending ordering there!

I’m in love with Glow Recipe! I have been using the brand for years now and I will continue to do so as long as it exists. The Watermelon Glow Pore Tight Toner and the Guava Vitamin C Bright Eye Gel Cream are staples in my face routine. I have very oily skin so I always need a toner. While a lot of toners can be way too harsh and dry out my skin. The Watermelon Glow Toner combats my oil but keeps my face SO moisturized. The Guava Eye Cream works like a dream. It instantly gets rid of dark under eye circles and puffiness and it has completely erased my crows feet and eleven lines. I am also a big fan of the Watermelon Niacinamide Dew Drops. I recently tried the Strawberry BHA Pore Smooth Blur Drops and I think I’m in love. It is the first serum, even the first product that has completely wiped out the oiliness on my face. It is definitely a new addition to my skin regimen. In addition, all of the products smell so good, with a natural light fruit scent. Don’t sleep on Glow Recipe! Honestly, you will not be disappointed!

I spent £32 on the Hue Drops from glow recipe and was an absolute waste of my money. They are patchy if you put a lot on and still happens when i mix it with the glow recipe moisturiser and others, when i don’t put as much on there is nothing there it’s like i didn’t even put them on in the first place. The dew drops are so much better and the hue drops are so bad and i should have just baught the drunk elephant bronzing drops instead as they are around the same price.

I had not found any success in skincare as yet for my needs & budget. I decided to try Glow recipe, not just because of how hydrating they advertise but because of their product ethics as well. I received my package from Mecca within the express time frame of 3 days which was so good because my skin was so dry and irritated. Love the packaging, very cute & fun. Every review I've read is true when they day a little goes a long way! I woke up looking 10 years younger... I'm not kidding. My brain tripped for a moment when I looked at myself in the mirror. Dark shadows under eyes, gone. Puffy eyelids, gone. Visible fine lines and wrinkles, gone. Skin is hydrated af. I'm so shocked! Best decision i've made. And ive spent money on expensive stuff to see jack happen. Anyone whinging about the price, this stuff is GOLD. So worth it. Nothing but high quality here. I'm so so so happy. Thank you Glow recipe!! Don't change a thing!!

The finally did contact me and provid more details about the situation. I did appreciate that they are trying their best to reverse my poor experience. So I will give them credit for that. I bumped up my review to 3 stars for their quick response after posting a review on Trupilot and trying to provide discount code and put me back on their email list to be able to make purchases (still confused about why my transaction was declined so many times. Perhaps I was excluded from their system to make purchases??)

I did removed my original review stating that they had operational issues since they did say in their email that they don’t have that issue.

We're a small team here but I do my best to give each customer as many details regarding their inquiry as possible. I repeated my response to you back in February because having not heard back, I wasn't sure if you had received my initial email about the cancellation. In hindsight I realize this came off as unhelpful and I am very sorry.

I am also sincerely sorry that our payment processor does not share details of the orders being declined. From my understanding, this is for your security as a consumer. These decisions are based on several factors including your personal buying history and billing details that are not made available to us.

Our website is fully operational, and we're not having widespread issues with other transactions, however our payment processor does decline a standard number of orders for various security reasons.

I hate to write bad reviews about a company that’s started by a small business owner. Their customer support is very poor. Like the reviewer below, I first got interested in Glow Recipe and placed an order during the Black Friday sale. Well the order took almost 2 months to arrive which was fine bc it wasn’t a holiday or birthday present for anybody. Then I tried to place an order again this Feb & their payment processor kept declining my charges and the order wouldn’t go through. They must had know this problem and came up with a “generic” message that they sent to their customers stating that they don’t know why their payment processor declined my payment and advised me to contact my credit card company. Then I called my credit card company and was told that it’s the merchant’s payment system’s issue and not my credit card.

I do love their products despite all the unnecessary additives, fragrances and colors. They are probably not that effective vs other products like the skin ceutucals.

However, with so many poor customer service experiences, I decided to look for other brands instead. Instead of continuing to support them by buying the products in Sephora.
