The worst experience I have ever had, you’re never going to received your purchase. You can track your purchase all the way to the US after it enters into the United States it disappears. Customer service will lead you on never intending to resolve the issue. Customer service will continue to use the same talking points to lead you on knowing it’s a scam. They will even offer to resend your order, just to have the package disappear a second time. They will offer you a refund after the second order disappears just to keep you thinking they’re doing all they can, but they will tell you your refund will take between 15 and 25 days after 30 days have passed they will tell you there’s a backup on processing refunds and the banks are overwhelmed. Today’s technology it takes 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund. Glowy store is just a big scam.

Scammer..Paid $71.00 cad but the item is a piece of junk.Ordered smart glasses but they sent me tiny piece of junk!!!!!

DO NOT BUY! I got two pairs of these for my kids for Christmas however they took 3 weeks to arrive. The tracking label wasn’t legitimate - it took me to an error message. I emailed the company and after 2 days they responded and still couldn’t give me an arrival date. I was getting ready to take it up with my credit card company and the shoes arrived. Then 2 weeks later, my daughters pair BROKE. The thing that tightens the laces broke so the shoes were unwearable. Not only that but on both shoes, the fabric is fraying on both the straps and the laces already. I reached out to them and after a lot of back and forth, I got a TEN DOLLAR REFUND. Do not buy!!!! Just trust me!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER.DO NOT BUY IT! My deep disappointment regarding my recent order, which I have not received for the past two months. It appears that while my city and state were included, my full home address was not provided, which has resulted in the package being undeliverable.I reached out to the seller to update my address, and they informed me that they would send a new tracking link. However, I have been waiting for over a month without any further communication or tracking information from them. Given the circumstances and the extensive delay, I would like to formally request a refund. It has been two months since I placed the order, and I can no longer wait for a resolution. I feel that my concerns have not been addressed adequately, and I am very frustrated with this experience.

Absolute scam company. Wish I read reviews before I purchased. Do not buy. They state they have a money back guarantee but when they don't work they hide behind "this product is a consumable and we can't refund after opening". They did absolutely nothing for me. Just really expensive lollies basically. Think I should go to consumer protection over their "money back guarantee" claims

Horrible company. If I could put -900 I would. This company is an absolute scam. Save yourself the time and hassle. Your package will not get delivered nor will you be able to reach anyone in customer service. I got duped for 55ish dollars. Glad it wasn’t more. I suspected it was the scam with the super slow delivery time and then it was confirmed when I looked at the “tracking” on 5/7/25 and it said my package had been delivered on 5/8/25 at 11:36am.

I bought 9 bottles 4 months ago. Used the first with little result, but hopeful effect would grow. Unfortunately, the tops micro infuser are too small to fit subsequent bottles thus cannot be used.
My 4 texts to customer service have not been acknowledged. My emails did get 1 unhelpful response, follow-up emails nada.
Great ads, but no help with problem makes it a company to avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are a scam. I keep sending emails and they keep saying it's coming, but it's not. It's 7 months later and I have received nothing, just the same email again and again to wait.

Ordered duvet of Instagram in November 2022 and they still claim my item is in custom! I have seen that on tick rock that I am not the only one who was robbed of £25 for an item that I never received and getting no responses from them !

I ordered a king size in January 2023 never received and do not respond to emails. Definitely been scammed. Lesson learned do not order from FB sites

Ordered two duvets end of January, the transport process I could follow until the package reached a local delivery centre. After that transport seemed to halt. I could not reach the website anymore, none reached out when I tried to address the issue via the email address communicated in the purchase confirmation email. We're now two months further, still nothing. I'm afraid we'll never hear of someone ever again here..

My daughter ordered bedding from glowy website Jan 23, took money but have never recieved bedding. Last email sent to them in February 23 and not heard from them since.

Scammed! I ordered the plush duvet set for my daughter's birthday gift ... tracking shows China to Japan and that its been completed but I am in NZ. Their website is now down and they are not responsing to emails. They promised to give me my money back but that's a joke. No word from them since Feb 23.

Ordered the plush bed set king size in December I have never received it. Have e-mailed several times, was promised a refund in January have never received it. DON'T buy from these SCAMMERS!!!
