Order still hasn’t arrived from MandM who uses GLS courier! And it has been 2 MONTHS. Extremely disappointed. Worst courier ever.

Seem to have improved a lot
Have had very very mixed experiences with GLS in the past but they seem to have improved a bit. International shipping from GLs France was very slow but once the package arrived in Ireland it was delivered the next day. Karl in customer service was very helpful and responded to my email query.

Perfect delivery
I was not at home, but the driver put my package safely in the bin by my gate. I arrived home and my parcel was safe and snug and dry. Perfect!

The actual delivery was very good
The actual delivery was very good. The parcel was heavy, and the driver carried it down to my house for me.
The only thing I would say was that GLS just gave me a day that the parcel would arrive, not a time, so I was prepared to have to wait in all day for it. As it happened, the parcel arrived fairly early, so that wasn’t an issue, but it could have been.

not a great start
not a great start, we just started using this company and already a customer couldn't find their delivery as it went to wrong place! No reply from customer service email in over 24 hours. This won't be good when we get into busy Christmas period & we have no replies to urgent queries.
Luckily customer has received package since, but only because we got onto the sales office who helped. Why no replies to emails from customer service??
*edited to add, it took 2 days to get a reply from 'customer service' email, and at that they didn't even have the updated information (as in the delivery was already made and rectified). We can't have this situation that it takes 2 days to get a reply. We have customers who will not be happy to wait for 2/3 days for updates, especially at busy times like Christmas. No other courier service we have used takes this long to even send a reply. Its simply not good enough.

Courier dumps the parcel outside
For the tenth time the courier just left the parcel outside, where anybody could've taken it. He rang the intercom, and did not wait even a minute to see if anybody's home, just left it outside. Once someone actually stole the parcel.

The driver couldn’t find my house, so he called me for directions. The delivery went really well, and he was very nice and friendly. Great service!
