Following a sales visit, we had arranged for loft insulation to be done. This included removing existing insulation, existing boarding, raising the boarding and relaying new insulation to a depth of 300mm. There was an initial hick up with what had been placed on the order form and what I expected on the day. However, the obstacles I though might impact on the fit, were quickly sorted by the company and the job commenced. James (the team leader) was fantastic in helping to alleviate what could have been a stressful experience, the directors of the company personally brought extra equipment which was not clear from reading the order form. This allowed the job to bo completed on the day arranged. James and his tema worked very professionally and the standard of the work was exemplary. We are super pleased with the result. James kept us informed the how day and the team left the area scrupiously clean. A really professional job, would highly recommend.

Did a great job & cleaned up well after they finished

When they arrived at 9am I left for 3 hours. When I returned very little had been completed. This was supposed to be 4 - 5 hours max. They eventually left at 1850hrs. I even got their tyre sorted for them. CASEY spent most of the morning outside, rather than working. Carl did most of the work. At 1430hrs Casey told his collegue who was supposedly sorting the tyre issue, they would be finished by 1630hrs. Also left my loft in a mess; which I am annoyed about. I was ill so going up and down the ladder was difficult. Hopefully it is ok. Still have not received my guarentee paperwork

From start to finish the whole process was Quick, Clean, Easy and affordable. Clean and efficient fitting.
I would certainly recommend glsrsolutions.

Guys turned up early ... great start! Got on with insulating all the attics, not a pleasant job. Took everything away in plastic bags. Cleaned up after themselves. Weren't demanding ... a nice bunch. Thank you

Removed roof insulation effectively left everything vkean and tidy

GLSR recently removed some spray foam insulation from my loft space and replaced it with new superfoil insulation. The lads were clean and tidy and professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend GLSR Solutions.

I made a number of enquiries but saw Daniel from GLSR who are based in Nottingham re foam removal from the loft.
Daniel filled us with confidence in that the company knew what they were doing and not a potential scam.
He gave us a price and arranged the foam removal in 6 days time. A team of 3 turned up in a large van. Casey Rudi and Neil. Very friendly. They told me what they intended to do and showed me photographs taken in my loft where all foam had to be removed. They worked as a team removing the foam which was placed in a large funnel bag leading from the loft hatch. They put new loft insulation down and on completion asked me to view and showed me photos of finished loft. They totally cleaned up in the hall and drive. A professional team I am very pleased with the result. They are a credit to GLSR.

Professional, tidy and respectful staff, work quietly and got the job done promptly. No run around, kept us informed each step of the way. Delivered on time and efficiently. Second time GLSR Solutions have done work in our home. We would highly recommend GLSR Solutions.

They made a mess which they only partly cleaned up. They laid insulation in the loft on top of all the boarding used as walkway and storage. I am still waiting for an assessment to be carried out on the roof which was promised 2 weeks ago, not that they will get through the door now.
Overall a very dissatisfied customer.
