The shake tastes amazing. Their customer service team is efficient and informative of things that are going on with your order. Overall, I'm ordering again and recommending others. I just received my product so hopefully the results are just as amazing as their service as been thus far. Good luck ladies!

Ordered the shake and it never arrived they keep saying they’re waiting for their stock to come and its been 2 months nothing arrived. I asked for a refund and never got one. I asked again and they still didn’t give me my refund.

This is unbelievable, i’m waiting 1 month for my order until now it wasn’t ship yet

I ordered their product and they never shipped it or responded to any of my emails about this. That was a lot of money never use this company again

Extremely annoyed & will not be a return customer:( I placed an order of $149.00 of product,I never received my slay tea which they said I would get in a couple days according to an email. It’s been almost a month since I placed my order, I keep tracking the order and they haven’t even taken my product to usps to ship! I’ve emailed c/s 4 times… no response. I have left 2 messages on their c/s #( no one EVER answers)and no call back. Terrible experience.But, they will charge you in a heartbeat and not get back to you for a refund. I will now have to contact my credit card to dispute the charge for the tea I never received. Extremely negative way to treat a customer.

I was told I was getting a complimentary for my delay! I never got it ! I did take down the review like u asked u said u we’re going to send it to me

I have not been able to contact ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY!! I PAID THROUGH KLARNA. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER. I TRIED CONTACTING YOU TO JUST CANCEL. KLARNA WILL NOT CANCEL UNLESS YOU ACKNOWLEDGED MY CANCELATION. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU ALL AGAIN AND POST BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE!! PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER!!!

I have been waiting 2 months for my order or even a tracking number and still nothing. Emailed a ton of times and every reply states that it will be back in stock the next week and every week it still doesn't come. Yall had no problem taking my money from my account to pay for the products 2 months ago but haven't sent me my order still!!

I am loving the pills. I’ve seen a slight difference, which is fine because I just finished my first pack. I’m sure with the second pack I will see a better and bigger difference. I am also very sensitive to pills I always get some side effects and with these I feel perfectly fine. Definitely recommend.

I ordered from Walmart and it say delivered and it's not

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago going on 3 and haven’t received any tracking information or details on the order but I was already charged the amount on my card. I found it really hard to get a hold of customer service. I called during working operation hours left voicemails, emails, and even went as far as reaching out on the website’s instagram page. After leaving a comment then finally the company got in touch with me, they reached out to me via instagram message. They finally connected me to customer service. long story short the customer service is bad they should probably have someone answer phones during the actual operation hours as well as emailing back in a timely manner would help.

I bought something and there was a bit of a delay getting it but they were so kind and ene gave me an Extra tool because of it❤️😊

I used this product before and then tried another product similar to this but I didn’t see results so here I am back to my old favorite and would never switch up again.
