GMB Credit union feed back .

Response is always swift and timely.The use of the NIVO platform is very efficient.Decisions are made timely which conttibutes to keeping stress levels and anxiety low..Process for sharing information is easy helpful and stright forward.Staff are always very helpful and try to make your experience as stright forward as pissible.

I thought the whole process was fair


I thought the whole process was fair even though i didn't get the amount I wanted.i guess it's ok for my first loan with you as a paying member.

Professionism

When I applied I was expecting likely to receive an answer in weeks but no after checking my documents and approval was made the loan and not only I will have to repay but also they are putting a minimum savings and low interest. Am so happy.

Loan Application

I enquired about a top up loan, I was advised to go through the application process which was pretty easy to navigate. My request was dealt with and approved in a very timely and professional way, with a positive result.
